A Fantastic experience!
Tom was an absolute legend at every juncture of a long distance sale. Answered all of my noddy questions, and was more honest than he needed to be with the condition of the car (minor wear and tear), and an Audi recall about which I would have been non the wiser. I can't recommend Sandles / Tom enough - friendly, accommodating, professional and honest. Thank you guys.
I contacted the dealership about an M3…
I contacted the dealership about an M3 Touring and was initially told that Liam would call me back with further details. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive that call, so I had to chase it up myself the following morning.
Once I spoke with Liam, he was helpful and provided videos and some information about the car. As I live three hours away and was looking to spend around £69,000, I asked for a few key details to make sure everything was right before placing a deposit. After this, my messages were ignored.
About an hour later, I was informed that the car had been sold. I was also told that another customer had offered £500 which was the asking price, and the sale went to them, despite us having already spoken about price and me saying to Laim I would get the finance agreement together to make the purchase. I was then made to feel like it was my fault for “thinking about it,” even though I was still waiting on the information I had requested.
Overall, the experience started off positively but ended with poor communication and a lack of professionalism. Very disappointing, especially considering the value of the purchase.
The dealer that treats customers as a customer not just a number.
We visited many dealers looking for the right vehicle and was always jumped on by pushy sales people. Sandles was the first place where we were treated as a human and not just a cash cow to line someone's pockets. Gina greeted us as we looked around the stock, asked us if we needed any help and was happy to leave us to our own devices to have a browse. We chose 2 vehicles to view and Gina gave us the keys and again left us alone to make a decision. She was not pushy one little bit. Very refreshing! She explained everything about the buying process. She priced our part-exchange and a deal was done. The whole process from viewing to collection was made so smooth. Whatever you pay her, it's not enough!! I have already recommended Sandles and Gina to my parents who will be vising shortly

I'd recommend Sandles Car Supermarket to a friend because the site was impeccable- organised, clean, obviously well-run. The staff were approachable and friendly without being pushy. Lloyd talked us through the process clearly with warmth and humour. The car was exactly what I was looking for, beautifully maintained, and the finance options were spot on.

Friendly and professional car sales team

From there with their transparency, integrity, professionalism of their team. Their premises was clean and friendly. The pre-sale communications were clear, non pushy and constructive. We drove away with our new purchase. There were plenty of cars on their establishment. Definitely go there again and recommend them.
Friendly, non pushy service
There was a fantastic choice of cars to look at, Lloyd was helping us, he was great, really friendly and not at all pushy. He made each step easy, as he explained everything, we never felt rushed and the purchase of the car was stress free. On pick up day, the personal touches that Lloyd made, taking time to connect my phone, showing me important bits and taking a picture, made you feel like he had time for you and you were important.
Fantastic salesman and company, I can see why so many people recommended them to me.

I would recommend Sandles Car Supermarket to friends and family because they are honest, trustworthy and welcoming. No question is silly and they are super friendly without being 'pushy'. This is my 3rd car from them and I highly recommend anyone to buy from them. They found the perfect car for my needs and I'm super impressed with it. An absolutely superb team!

Pretty disgusted with my experience
Pretty disgusted with my whole experience with sandles car supermarket - I first approached them as I had seen a couple of cars online that were of interest and talking with the salesman Tom we went through figures on both of them.
I was very clear from the outset that I would be part exchanging a car that had negative equity. When the Finance figures came back, it was all taken into account with the negative equity to be transferred over and a cash lump sum that I would also be making which I agreed with and a full application was made and accepted.
I then transferred £300 to secure the car and was advised by Tom at that point to notify DVLA as I would want to take my private plate off of my current car so that a logbook would be with me by the pick up date 1st December. I also paid my insurance for an amendment to the policy and further paid my insurance company to transfer the policy for that date to the new car all at an expense to me.
This was all done on Friday, the 21st of November. - I received a phone call on Sunday 23rd November from Tom to advise me that they had made an error on the Finance application and hadn't taken into account the part exchange with negative equity and the figures were wrong - the revised figures were astronomical compared to other quotes that I've been having on other cars previously so he said that he would refund the £300 however I am now out of pocket by over £100 as I had to put my plate on retention and amend my insurance (twice as I had to cancel the switch date) because of their error on placing the Finance correctly
An absolute shambles -incredibly unprofessional and im gobsmacked that the blasé attitude of 'oh well it's one of those things' from Tom which has cost me over £100 - not even the offer of a goodwill gesture for their error and inability to submit a finance application correctly - which will also be registered against my name should another company carry out a search on another vehicle

Just seen the poor response below from sandles - a genuine mistake was made that shouldn’t have been as it was explained right at the outset - and Tom may take pride in his work but his attitude dis not reflect that - a poor response but expected from a poor overall experience
