Not the best to be honest
Not the best to be honest. This is the second time I’ve had finance with them. The first time was very smooth and I got a good deal, unfortunately the car was wrote off after sliding on black ice so I had to refinance another car. This time I wanted to borrow less money but they would only do a deal with payments going on for an extra year with the amount being the same each month. Bear in mind this was only 6 weeks in between finance applications. Everything was made complicated, they wanted to see insurance, and also made me change the excess for the vehicle.
I wouldn’t recommend after the second application.
