Extremely poor experience with Starline…
Extremely poor experience with Starline Motor Finance.
I am currently in an ongoing dispute regarding a vehicle that has had repeated major mechanical failure (turbo failure twice within months). Despite providing an independent inspection report and clear evidence that the car is not durable, the issue has still not been resolved after 6 months.
Instead of taking responsibility, they continue to deflect blame and delay the process. As a customer, I feel completely unsupported and ignored.
Finance companies should take responsibility when vehicles supplied under their agreements are not of satisfactory quality, but this has not been the case here.
Very frustrating experience and I would not recommend based on how my situation has been handled.
