Absolutely shocking ,Terrible service as the provider and Evri the carrier .!!

Bought some gym gear shorts t-shirt £70
Over a week ago,7Days past still no delivery and I paid £4.99 for delivery .as sports direct goes your service is just as bad as the carrier Evri who you use to deliver ..I’m amazed you still use the carrier service Evri especially when so many people have complained ..and I’m another one …very disappointed and il be sharing my experience with friends
I do not recommend anyone to choose a purchase this way from sports direct

So I have just had an update on parcel missing from my order they are not replacing or refunding items missing even when I showed the delivery photo and you can clearly see it isn’t big enough to have everything in. Do not order anything from them online you will not get the product and won’t get your money back. Wish I’d read reviews before hand looks like they have a habit of doing this.

Got some fab deals in their sales. Problem was when I tried to return 2 pairs footware I received In same parcel. Told would have to pay £4.99 for all returns. Not even sure whether I will be refunded for their delivery.
Tried to contact someone on their website just taken in circles and never managing to talk to anyone.
On initial return only given bar code that neither Posty or Evri can scan. Now tried replying to e-mail. Hoping to sort proper return label

If I could give zero i would . What a absolute farse of a company . My daughter got a pair of Nike leggins as a birthday present . Was keeping them for her holidays . Went to try them on and pack them and they are faulty . Coming away down the seam so not fit for purpose. My sister bought them for her and paid cash and is away on holiday . I didn't want my money back just something else in there place . But it was a no not very helpful at all . Now my daughter has no birthday present . They are faulty so not fit for purpose . I spend a fortune in sports direct . Never again will I shop here . I am not surprised they get a very low score on here . Never known a company like it . One very upset little girl . Leggins still have all the full tags and price ticket on . Avoid this so called company people. I went to the Durham store manager was as helpful as a chocolate fire guard

Ordered a week a go said the 16th was going to be the latest however I will not get my product in time for when I need I have had no messages from them and the process of the product has changed 👎

My partner and I visited to get some bits for our holiday.all staff were helpful and polite.two staff that stood out was Sarah and Rob they went above and beyond for us such a credit to the company.we visited the yate store today this afternoon @15:53hrs..

Sports Direct Factory Store! Steer clear. By the time you get them (if you get them that is) you’d have forgotten you’d ordered them!!!

If I could leave no stars I would. No words describe how truly terrible this company is. I can’t even bring myself to describe my experience with them as I am so emotionally drained after trying to deal with them I just can’t put myself through any more. Let’s just say I am £27 poorer with no sliders to show for it despite proof of postage and tracking details. Please don’t use this company and let’s see them go into liquidation…..come on everybody!!!!

1/ On 09/08/25 I purchased an item at the checkout till in the Sports Direct store in Charlton and made a card payment. My online bank immediately recognised the payment and deducted the money from my account. The till was not working properly and did not print a receipt. The staff seemed to be aware of the IT issue with the till, based on the frustrated comments they were making to eachother. The manager was called over to try and resolve the IT issue but couldn't. They theb made me stand there in front of everyone waiting in hope for it to process the payment until I could not wait any longer. They then refused to allow me take the product in case the payment did not process. I can confirm the payment has gone through and I have been charged. I can prove this transaction on a bank statement if required.

2/I have asked for a refund from the customer service team and they have refused and told me to contact the store.

3/I do not live near this store and cannot return without additional costs such as the train fare or the london travel charges.

4/ They have provided a contact number for the store and that number does not work. It rings and then is not recognised. No other contact details have been provided upon request.

5/ They have told me that my details have been passed to the store, which means they do have contact details for them, that they're not providing me.
I am now apparently waiting for a call from the store manager which in all fairness and realistically is unlikely to happen.

The customer service team are simply leaving abandoning the situation and passing me to a store that I cannot contact and they know I cannot return to.
Terrible store and terrible customer service. If this was the other way around it would be classed as theft.

Ordered an item over a week ago and it’s still not arrived spoke to someone on the Saturday and just told to wait the 7 days spoke to some else the next day and was told in 1 sentence they haven’t received the order and the next sentence it’s been dispatched for personalisation then told to just wait didn’t seem bothered to help or try and rush the order then just told anything else I can help you with before I disconnect the chat

I want to give a massive shout-out to Stuart at the Stirling Sports Direct. I've never had such a positive experience shopping there. He was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me.

His knowledge of the products was fantastic—he was able to answer all my questions and gave me some great advice. On top of that, he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. It's rare to find such a courteous and genuinely helpful employee.

Sport Direct did not post my review on their website because apparently they don’t accept 1 star reviews. They are unbelievable and I am very disappointed with them and their customer service. This is why I am submitting a review on trust pilot so more people can see them for who they really are

I don’t know what the difference is between sports direct or sports direct online. Either way. Absolutely should be closed down. If you order anything don’t expect it to turn up. But you won’t get a new delivery or a refund! Absolute Joke!

Dealing with sports direct is like having your teeth pulled one by one without anaesthetic. After ordering a new football shirt on the day of release the item has failed to have been dispatched. Upon attempting to contact sports direct you are directed to use a chatbot which is about as useful as a chocolate teapot. Finally, you appear to get through again via chat to a human who it seems is hellbent on getting you off the chat so they can send you an email telling you that no item has been dispatched. It should not take more than a week to put a shirt in a bag and put it in the post ! It also appears that sports direct doesn’t have a UK customer phone line. Avoid like the plague!

One of the most frustrating customer service and returns experiences I’ve ever had. Communication is inconsistent, different staff give different answers and it often feels like no one truly knows what’s going on.

If your order doesn’t fit, don’t expect an easy return process. They don’t allow in-store returns, so you’re stuck waiting and hoping your return goes through. Otherwise, you’ll likely spend weeks chasing it up with little support.

Saturday went to Blackpool branch in hounds hill to get football shirt for my grandson only after purchasing the shirt was I told that they couldn’t personalise it as the lady was off come back Wednesday. Went on Wednesday only to be told the have run short of letters and advised me it could take 6 weeks to order but Preston deepdale do them so travel 18 miles to Preston only to be told by a member of staff machine broken has been for weeks by this time my grandson was getting very upset you would like to think your stores could be a bit more organised with a week to go for the start of the football season it was a absolute shambles the staff could not care less shocking won’t be going to sports direct again and to add I was not the only disappointed customer

I bought trainers from sports direct but they are so poorly made as they sliped off my feet when I tried them on and tried to walk. I tried to return them but it took me over twenty emails just to get a returns barcode which I paid for for £4.99 and even so I was made to pay another 4.99 because the previous return label was cancelled and meant to be refunded. For over a month now, I am chasing them to be refunded but they don’t care at all. So please if you are thinking of buying from sports direct, don’t. Bad products, lost of delivery cost, lost of return costs and worst customer services ever. I lost about £15in postage for nothing . They are thieves

Ordered 2 arsenal shirts, delivered by evri. Items were left in an open space by my partners front door (they called it a safe place) when I got back to her house and see the items wasn’t where it was left I contacted sports direct. They don’t an investigation and said they my Appeal has been rejected because they left it in my porch. After I have got in contact with evri and showed them a picture of the front of the house telling them that where they left it isn’t a safe place which they agreed . Sports direct have still rejected my appeal. So £147 they have stolen off me and not replaced my missing items . I urge everyone not to use sports direct as they do not care about there customers

I started return 8 days before 28 days return window. They booked courier 5 days before return window. There was courier delay and they received 1 day outside return window and they don't want to return money for that reason.

Obviously I will chargeback, but can u feel what shady company isn't it?
