Spinney Warwickshire
I gave Spinney Warwickshire a 5 star review back in early summer when I purchased a caravan from them. Unfortunately, however good the caravan was, it proved too restrictive with our dog necessitating a further visit to the Warwickshire site to see if they had a larger vehicle. They did.
On this occasion Richard, who we dealt with before, was not available but the whole process was handled very well by Brian Shanley who went the extra mile to get the deal done in a very customer focused way.
The hand over by Alan Rumney was as thorough and informative as before.
The overall experience was very positive, indicating my previous experience was not a one off but the standard of customer service Spinney Warwickshire strive to deliver.

We traded in our motorhome for a new campervan at Spinney Warwickshire . They gave us a competitive price for our motorhome Alan gave us a great service when buying the new van and not pushy at all. Poor after sales service

Spinney Warwickshire - Brain Shanley was brilliant from start to finish. Allowed us time to sit and view even though it was close to closing time. When there was a slight issue with miscommunication with a 3rd party, Brian stepped up and sorted the issue 5 stars.
Alan was very knowledgable and honest with his handover. We both learnt about the veloswing towbar….
This is our 2nd time buying from Warwick site and we cant recommend it enough.

My frustration has been in waiting for…
My frustration has been in waiting for a reasonable response and feedback when waiting for parts. The lack of communication, difficulty in getting through to actually speak to someone tells me that there is a gap in the service and maintenance department. When you do speak to someone they are pleasant enough albeit that they have no clear answers.” Just call back in 6 weeks”

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We are sorry to hear that you have been disappointed with the time taken to resolve the issues with your vehicle.
We would, however, like to clarify the timeline, as we have been working to progress your warranty claim as quickly as possible.
Although the motorhome was originally purchased from another dealer, we have been happy to assist with the issues and manage the warranty process on your behalf. We diagnosed the faults with your vehicle on 23rd June and submitted the warranty claim to Adria on 24th June. We received approval for the required work shortly afterwards.
Since then, the delay has unfortunately been due to waiting for the necessary parts from Adria, whose parts operation is based in Slovenia. This is something that has been outside of our direct control, although we completely understand how frustrating it is to be waiting for your vehicle to be repaired.
We appreciate your patience and can assure you that we have progressed everything within our control as promptly as possible. We will continue to liaise with Adria and push for the parts to be supplied so that we can complete the repairs and get you back on the road as soon as possible.
We are sorry that your experience has led to a negative review, but we hope the above provides some clarity around the circumstances and the steps we have taken.
Exceptionally quick delivery & helpful staff.
Spoke with some really helpful staff and my Campervan was delivered exceptionally quickly! They went out of their way to help me. Campervan was spotless when delivered - inside and out. Helpful handover video - for general working of things. Bit more detail on other things would be great. Gave 4 stars as no electric hook up lead put into van, as promised and no oven shelf or booklets on how it works - but they were very apologetic and super quick to post these out to me (altho shelf they sent was too big for oven, door wouldn’t close) but happy overall with the service. Dealt with them when selling a previous motorhome - exceptionally quick and easy, no messing around service then.

Spinney Warwickshire Purchase 4 berth motorhome
We found dealing with staff at Spinney Warwickshire to be a very positive experience.
Richard Bulmer on the sales side was a genuine guy helpful knowledgeable and friendly.
On collection we were provided with a comprehensive handover and demonstration of the motorhomes key features which was delivered unrushed by Alan Rumney.
We did encounter some faults as one might expect with a used vehicle and we reported these to Richard who wasted no time in getting his service department to rectify under their warranty scheme.
Adrian in the service department was outstanding in resolving the issues for us and provided some useful information for us with us being new to owning a motorhome. Everyone we had contact with at Spinney from the staff who answered the telephone through to sales and service were always courteous polite and professional and we would recommend them to anyone.
