Love! Love! Love! Such a beautiful selection of clothes that are easy to wear, comfortable and flattering. It’s changed my whole wardrobe and I get so many nice compliments. Clem has also been so helpful and kind when emailing me as well - great customer service! Bravo!!!

I have received several orders from this site now.
At first, I was tempted by the cross over jumper and I have hardly had a week go by without its appearance in my wardrobe. A great fit, washes well and hasn't lost its shape.
Subsequent orders have included the barrel leg jeans - a perfect length for my 5ft 5", and the cord boiler suit. I also ordered a mystery bundle during the sale, which contained some quality wardrobe staples, along with a few pieces that will be perfect when the warmer weather returns.
Love that everything is locally made to me too. Supporting local independent businesses.
Great communication from the seller, when I've had questions about different products. Postage was slightly slower on sale items, but that was advertised as part of the sale discount, and it was over the festive period when Royal Mail are generally a bit slower than normal, so nothing that was of concern to me.

All in all, a great site for wardrobe staples that offer a comfortable style statement. Will definitely be ordering again.

Love the clothes from SoSatsuma and love the way they are advertised daily on my SM feed.
The quality is great.
Delivery for me is slow as I live in Spain and the import duties add a big cost to what i order but that not the fault of Clem. It means I can’t order quite as often as I want to.
Love the fact that we have a satsuma community - and everyone in there is just lovely.

Highly recommended! Small independent seller who sells quirky, lovely clothes with a twist. She does fantastic reels so you can see how the clothing looks IRL (on Insta and probably FB too). She answers any questions quickly and honestly and I’m delighted with the clothes I’ve had.
They make me feel like me!
Delivery is good (not next day but I’m cool with that) & I love that the packaging is completely plastic free and recyclable.

Wonderful clothes, with friendly and efficient communication, delivery and packaging. I've ordered knitwear and clothing multiple times and loved everything - Clem has a great eye for flattering styles which are that little bit different.

I have bought multiple items from Clem and absolutely love each and every one. The quality is second to none and I have found Clem lovely to deal with. Her clothes are different to what you find on the high street which I love and they're a bit quirky. Would highly recommend this company to buy from. Everything is wrapped in lovely tissue paper. Great unusual clothes for the strong minded woman who dresses for herself. Clem runs the business herself so it’s not going to be a next day delivery if that’s what you’re looking for but once items ship they are delivered within 48 hours. Mine have always arrived beautifully wrapped in tissue with a note. 100% recommend this company.

I have shopped with SoSatuma since I first became aware of Clem and her brand. She was a real trailblazer in providing clothes that I wanted to wear - comfy but stylish. I have loads of her clothes and they always get compliments and I love that they are so comfy that even looking smart is like being in PJs! I’ve shopped with SoSatsuma for years - firstly when she just did knitted wool items like hats and scarves, and more recently with her clothing range.

Every item I’ve received has been really well packaged and cared for - it used to come in signature orange mailer bags but now comes in more eco-friendly paper mailers. The items inside are wrapped and you do get a receipt inside.

I’ve only had 1 issue with an order ever over my many years of buying from her - when I was sent the wrong skirt - however Clem quickly sorted the issue - sending out the correct skirt while I returned the original.

Clem is also the kindest and most genuine seller I’ve seen, going out her way to be true to her customers and her brand, as well as open and honest.

The clothes are also super comfortable and well made, and generally true to size. Most items are just 1 size, so depending on your body shape can vary from pictures, but Clem is honest about this and does her best to advice on what will work for you, and there is an official Facebook group where members often share photos or recommendations on fitting.

Love SoSatsuma overall and hope to continue shopping with Clem for many years more!
