I've ordered a few bits from SoSatsuma. They have arrived quickly are packaged beautifully and the items are stunning. I highly recommend SoSatsuma.

Gorgeous clothes with inclusive sizing. I have ordered a number of items from SoSatsuma and particularly love the barrel leg jeans. Everything comes beautifully packaged and the returns service is easy to use.

I have now bought 7 items of clothing from SoSatsuma and absolutely love them.
The style is great, good prices and the service is fabulous. Clem is the best!

Where do I start?
Well, I’m post menopausal, often medically bloated and can fluctuate from a size 10 to an 18 around the middle in a day.

Until I found Clem and her beautifully curated collection of well cut designs, with elasticated waistbands designed for comfort - the type that are well designed to not dig in and don’t bunch all the fabric around the waist and hips, in the most exquisite fabrics with excellent depth of colour and construction, I had lost my love for clothes and my ability to create and rock an edgy, quirky vibe in comfortable clothes that made me look a million dollars, even if I didn’t feel it. Pj’s became my mainstay.

I took the plunge and haven’t looked back.

Clem offers a very reasonable returns service, and everything is absolutely beautifully wrapped in tissue and thick Kraft recyclable bag, or a fabulous recyclable orange one if it is from one of her flash sales, which she does from her SoSatsuma Community Facebook page…. A wonderful group of supportive, wonderful women who are comfortable, stylish and less uncomfortable thanks to Clem and her curated collections….. Oh! I nearly forgot to mention the incredible knitwear.

I’ve found everything to wash and wear extremely well. The combinations are endless and the barrel jeans are a game changer.

I’ve found myself again, my pj’s are now for bedtime only and you have absolutely nothing to lose …. Except for that uncomfortable waistband you’re wearing now.

Clem has curated a gorgeous collection, she has such an eye and everything I’ve bought has been excellent quality. Having some style inspiration that includes comfort and wearability is wonderful too as I struggle to know what will work for me and hate a restrictive waistband. Working from home means comfort is key for me. Clem is open, clear about each item and showcases outfits with such cool effortless style. Absolutely excellent products and service, I’m a SoSatsuma customer for life.

SoSatsuma is a genuine 5* indie business, owned by Clem, who desperately cares not just about her products but about her customers. Everything I’ve bought has been stunning and made me feel more confident in myself, tricky as a woman when your body has changed shape and you’re hitting peri-M! She’s a total sweety and one time there was a tiny hole in something I let her know and she instantly posted me out a replacement no probs at all. She also acted as a personal stylist and helped choose my entire outfit for a wedding right down to shoes which were from a totally different shop 😂🩷🩷🩷 Thanks so much Clem you’re fab x

This is a brilliant small business. Clem the owner was very helpful answering questions pre purchase & she went out of her way to post out to me the same day as ordering so I could get the item before going on holiday. Absolutely thrilled with the cross jumper received. Would highly recommend.

Love, love, love the items I have got from Clem at So Satsuma. She is a truly lovely lady and sources some different items. So far have got two mini crossover jumpers, which are super soft and fit me perfectly at 5'2", and also two alpaca jumpers, which are super soft. They all wash up lovely. I know I will be tempted again 🤣

I’ve just received my second item (pink striped box jumper) and I can’t wait to fill my wardrobe with more SoSatsuma.

Little hiccup with my fist order as wrong item was delivered but I received a prompt reply to my email and my new item was sent without having to pay for delivery.

The quality of the items is really wonderful.

I found SoSatsuma on Facebook quite by accident, but am so glad that I did. Clem is a one woman business with an eye for comfortable clothing. She works hard at what she does and I love everything that I have bought from her. Up until recently she has packaged and posted everything herself which took a little longer to arrive, but I was happy to wait for something that was a little different to anything I'd seen before and for a personal service from a small business. Customer Service is second to none and Clem always replies to queries straight away. I would recommend SoSatsuma to anyone who wants clothing that is quirky, comfortable and just a little different.

Clothes are so comfortable and everything has washed like a dream. I have 4 pairs of trousers. 1 in camo, 1 in cozy check, 1 blue denim, 1 black denim and I never take them off!

I have bought quite a few things from Sosatsuma and I absolutely LOVE them. I am short and a bit round! I don't have any boobs, breast cancer took them both but when I wear my clothes from this company I look and feel fab. I have so many lovely comments and I can't thank them enough for that.

Fabulous! I have shopped with SoSatsuma for several years and have purchased many of the lovely hand knitted items and now clothing. I love every item I have purchased. I particularly enjoy shopping with a small independent company and enjoy Clem’s personal service and help with advice and speedy reply to any queries. Items always arrive beautifully packaged and in good time with fair postage prices. I hope I shall remain a SoSatsuma Customer for many years to come.
