I love Sosatsuma. Such comfortable, original and slightly quirky clothes that arrive quickly and beautifully packaged. Have orders similar from other websites, but sent them back as way inferior quality compared to Sosatsuma.

I have purchased quite a few items from SoSatsuma over the past few years. Both from their website and facebook online sales. I have never been disappointed. All the products are high quality and to me even better than described, packaged beautifully and arrives in good time. I would recommend to anyone that likes to shop independently and doesn’t want to dress like the herd.

This clothing company is providing lovely clothes for people who like comfort and style. The owner is very personable and helpful, with a great eye for what suits a variety of people especially those of a quirky (ie not high street) fashion disposition. The clothing collection is so unusual. Nothing is run of the mill or ordinary. I have bought a number of items and loved them all. It’s refreshing to buy from an independent retailer because of the personal touch that you don’t get from most online retailers. Highly recommend SoSatsuma to everyone. The online community that Clem has built is also supportive and great fun.

Speedy delivery, good quality clothes that’s alittle different from the high street .
I have used the return process due to me ordering the wrong item and no problem there .
I am a size 14- 16 and 5ft 5” clothes fit perfectly.

I also love that we are not bombarded with lots of items but they are more considered yet affordable. It gives me chance to see how much that piece would fit in my wardrobe. I have been purchasing items from SoSatsuma for 11 years now! It all started with a beautiful woolly hat for my baby daughter ❤️ I’ve since bought many other woolly hats and scarfs! I was delighted when Clem brought out her clothing range, her sense of style is impeccable, her clothes are comfy, stylish and well made. I love opening those beautifully packed orange parcels when they arrive! I have ordered probably 40+ items from SoSatsuma over the years and I’ve never been disappointed. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Wonderful clothes and good service! What more do you need! I have bought 2 pairs of trousers and 4 jumpers from So satsuma. Extremely happy with all purchases! The jeans and cord trousers are good quality and the one size fits all ensures that even on a bloated day I still look lovely! The pink and red striped jumper is a joy to wear and always gets great comments!
Communication with the seller is great and always friendly and polite.
Clothes arrive packed in tissue paper and delightfully packaged.

I’ve had a few items from SoSatsuma and whilst delivery is not next day delivery (because she isn’t Amazon) - I found the postage reasonably priced and within a perfectly acceptable time frame for a small business. The clothes I have had are by far my favourite. So much better fitting than the high street and more affordable than their comparison in higher end shops. You can tell Clem knows her audience and I lap it up. So comfy, brilliant fit (even on a shortie 5’2er) and excellent quality - even after multiple washes. My go to now for my wardrobe.

The quality on the hand knits are outstanding, gorgeous soft wools and so many stunning colours.
The curated clothes range is great, affordable and a little bit different from the high street.

I’ve been buying from SoSatsuma for many years now, when Clem was selling her beautiful hand made woollen items. I have lots of SoSatsuma clothing, I find it as described, good quality and well fitting.
The packaging is always spot on, each parcel wrapped with care and attention to detail, with tissue paper around the clothes, lovely ribbon and card from Clem as a thank you for the purchase. Even the orange sale item packaging is used with the same care and attention.
As for postage, I understand that SoSatsuma isn’t Amazon Prime, (or any other large retailer) and as a small business I don’t expect a parcel within 2 days of ordering. I’ve never had an issue with delivery, I receive my notification and know when to expect it.
Clem herself is lovely, helpful and sells her clothes beautifully with the reels and advertising she does. I think she is a really genuine person who people trust and like to buy from. I am a very happy customer 😊❤️
