A bit frustrating. What I ordered arrived quickly and in good order. However the trainers were too big, hence the return.
But because I really wanted them in time for an upcoming trip I tried and tried to order another pair, BUT infuriatingly the system insisted that there was “ information missing from the address “ . But there wasn’t it was perfectly complete and exactly the same as the first pair were delivered to!!!.
So I gave up.
I may try again when I get home.

Yesterday I visited the shop on the Upper level of Blue Water shopping centre . There was a very tactful approach by an assistant by the name of Josephine. She was polite smart and quick of mind . She showed me a Sandel that was more appropriate for my age , invite to sit down , provided a nylon sock . I made the purchase . I asked if she would earn commission on the sale , regrettable. She doesn’t . We had a good talk and a laugh . I think for all her professional help and knowledge and closing a sale , a commission should be her reward . Have you any idea how many shoe shops are in Bluewater ??? She was smart , intelligent and extremely polite . Please thank her for me , she deserves the praise . A credit to the company

Ordered some Chatham boat shoes that were very narrow and didn't fit...easy to return and swift refund given back on to my card

The service was very good in the shop although they didn't have the sandals I the colour I wanted. I tried the other colour in the shop and the brilliant assistant offered to order the colour I wanted and have them delivered to my home. They arrived within 36 hours. Excellent service and they're great. Many thanks

I came in for a particular style of shoe but was recommended a better style and am very pleased.

This was the first time i’ve tried this website. In all fairness, the delivery, as per choice, was accurate and the item was indeed in very good condition. As online purchasing gets more sketchy by the minute, this website seems to be very good.

Very disappointed with the service. for my holiday I paid for trainers and the higher delivery costs to get them within 48 hours. They never arrived and when I enquired through their live chat I was told they would need to look into it and email me back. I didn't get an email so I contacted them again through live chat only to be told there was a problem with the post office delivering them. I asked why I needed to chase this up and all I got was an apology. They offered to deliver the next day but too little too late as I'm away on holiday next day. This business needs to do better for it's customers
