Ordered sandals from the Sole Trader sale. They arrived very quickly, well packaged and in excellent condition. Exactly as described. A good purchase.

Great service by the store salesman, nice greeting found what I was after for me, gave me some advice on after care, all round efficient and friendly transaction, no over the top stuff like you get from younger staff nowadays.

I ordered what looked like 2 very nice pairs of flip flops. They arrived and were very poor quality. In fact I didn't even try them on!
So I completed the returns form, paid the fees and took them to the Post Office in their original packaging as per their policy. The post office printed the label using the QR code they sent me.
After 8 days I hadn't heard anything so I tracked the parcel. The message I got on screen was "we have been notified not to deliver items to this address"!!
Not my problem. I want my money back.
BE WARY Only order if there is a shop near you to take the returns to

The first thing that attracted me to Soletrader was the price of the goods , but I have to say after ordering and paying for my goods the customer service and delivery information was outstanding and delivery was super quick , first class in every department . I will definitely be shopping again with Soletrader

The staff are all polite and helpful.

Delivery was comparably slow; 4 working days. Shoes were very narrow so had to be returned.

A bit frustrating. What I ordered arrived quickly and in good order. However the trainers were too big, hence the return.
But because I really wanted them in time for an upcoming trip I tried and tried to order another pair, BUT infuriatingly the system insisted that there was “ information missing from the address “ . But there wasn’t it was perfectly complete and exactly the same as the first pair were delivered to!!!.
So I gave up.
I may try again when I get home.

Yesterday I visited the shop on the Upper level of Blue Water shopping centre . There was a very tactful approach by an assistant by the name of Josephine. She was polite smart and quick of mind . She showed me a Sandel that was more appropriate for my age , invite to sit down , provided a nylon sock . I made the purchase . I asked if she would earn commission on the sale , regrettable. She doesn’t . We had a good talk and a laugh . I think for all her professional help and knowledge and closing a sale , a commission should be her reward . Have you any idea how many shoe shops are in Bluewater ??? She was smart , intelligent and extremely polite . Please thank her for me , she deserves the praise . A credit to the company
