Great Quality tracksuits and fantastic customer service
I've been ordering tracksuits, hoodies and joggers from these for a long time and the quality has never faded. The tracksuits are some of the comfiest and best fitting ones I've got. I had a very minor issue with one of my last orders and when I emailed in, Josie replied to me instantly and got my issues resolved the same day. Other clothing companies either don't reply or wait days until they respond but these rectified my issues straight away.

Great quality items… With excellent customer service.
1st purchase was a tracksuit… well impressed with the fit and quality of the items, that I brought another in a different colour…. Upon delivery of the second purchase I discovered I had received a wrong item?
I contacted them thru the website, they were 1st class in sending out the correct item straight away and sending me a postage label to return the incorrect item!

Involved trading standards as they still haven’t shipped the order and no refund
Diabolical. Don’t offer next day or items that are out of stock if you can’t meet customers needs
Should be more accommodating at this time of year
DPD haven’t received the order to ship so please don’t deny this , you also said it’s not been scanned at your warehouse. Wish you all the luck in your business but I’ve seen other customers reviews and seems their in the same boat

Hi Samantha,
We have established that this order has gone missing via DPD, the scan from our warehouse since hasn’t updated which means this is missing & a claim logged.
Unfortunately these things happen at this time of year.
We don’t have 2 of the items to be able to resend this or we would have.
We have issued a refund through clearpay. We can’t speed up their process to reimburse you. I believe this can take a couple of days
The whole series of events is catalogued via email and we can provide that to anyone you wish us to as we have followed all procedures correctly so we can share this with whoever requires it.
Yes in an ideal world DPD wouldn’t have lost your parcel but unfortunately they have, so we have to deal with the situation.
We cannot do anything more than we have and it is a shame you can not see that.
We can also see other reviews made!

Morning Millie,
We part shipped your order due to one item being in our replenishment site to avoid delays. The first item arrived within the paid time frame. The second item has been delayed for whatever reason that we are trying to track down. Unfortunately this time of year delays can occur which everyone needs to be appreciative of because it is a hectic time of year. Our shipping providers do their best but mistakes happen. As we have confirmed this has left us!
As for customer service comments, a complaint has been raised which is being looked into.
An advisor was merely keeping you informed that we can not possibly reply to every email every single day. We work through these chronologically and it can take 48-72 hours to receive a response with an actual update on it. You sent 3 emails on Friday and 4 on Monday and I’m afraid this was dealt with as best it could be.
Your complaint was logged late on Monday & it has only been 24 hours for someone to look into and get all the facts. Again, more time is needed I am afraid and it will be resolved.

As explained in our email response
- You originally asked for an exchange which was marked on your order
- You then changed this to a return for refund which meant that it was in the wrong allocation in the warehouse.
- We received your order back after the August bank holiday and this went into "checking in" which can take 3-5 working days.
- A refund can then take 5-7 working days with our payment merchant
- The refund has been processed and should be hitting your account any day.

Ordered a hoody which I love and it has a large badge that’s stuck on. The badge started to peel off a bit so I emailed in to ask what I can do as I’d had the hoody a few months and I thought I’d get a reply saying I could adhesive it on myself somehow. They sent me a brand new one - amazing! No problems with the new one either. Thanks
