Where to even begin with this shambolic, incompetent, poor excuse of a service & product. I paid for a cap on 30th July , I was informed I’d receive dispatch / delivery notification promptly, which never happened. 17 days later I was still waiting, so I contacted societe noir via email asking what was going on ! I got a reply saying that there was a delay in getting the remaining products etc etc sent out and thanking me for my patience in this matter. 4 days later I received another email on 20th august saying the item was on its way…. 22 days after paying for the item, I thought ‘great’ finally. However….. I was away from home for 39 days due to business, upon my return yesterday 17th September, I opened the parcel from societe noir only to find the wrong item had been sent !! Completely different colour. It even says on the picking sheet , what colour the item is, so why on earth is it so hard to pick that colour?? After contacting them immediately, expressing my opinion and disapproval, I was met with a comment of “ how has it taken me over a month to find this out ? “. Maybe because I was AWAY for 39 days with business ! Regardless of why it took that long for me to conclude that there was a level of incompetence at a top level, the fact remains that my money was taken, it took almost 4 weeks for the item to arrive, and it was completely NOT what I’d ordered ! Customer service is shocking, as was the blatant proof that orders can not be fulfilled. I am £37 out of pocket, with an order I didn’t receive, no return label or packaging, and I’m NOT prepared to pay even more of my own money in order to return the item, and then no doubt wait another 4 weeks for someone else incapable to send the correct item !!

Quality looking item that's fits like a glove! Looking to make several purchases within the next couple of days! A big fan of the brand.

Paid for next day delivery an error from the courier prevented this delivery. After giving me options to resend or refund I chose refund and was contacted by a director to apologise for issues.

The quality of the clothing is brilliant and washes better than expensive high end brands. Quick delivery.

I placed my order for next day delivery and turned up 5 days later to then find that one of the items I ordered was missing, I since emailed them and this issue has now been resolved so thankyou for the great products.
