I spent over £80 on your website and received the wrong hat. Sent you an email explaining what was wrong and still haven’t had a reply back sent me a hat in replacement which I didn’t like.

Always 10/10 quality. stocked up on all the new bits and replaced some older items, never disappoints and packaged securely so the hats dont get crushed.

Really good fitting hats - got 6 caps now

Had a few items from societte noir and every time I’m blown away by the quality, recent tracksuit I had fits great and 10/10 for the zippy pockets! Delivery always quick and customer service has been fantastic

I am incredibly disappointed with my experience with Society Noir. I ordered the Paris Plaque Royal Blue for my son’s birthday, but they sent me the wrong item. While I understand that mistakes happen, their customer service was appalling.

It takes more than 72 hours to get a response to emails, and even after finally getting in touch, they did not make any real effort to fix the issue. Instead of offering a proper resolution, they only gave me a 20% refund, which I accepted—but despite waiting since February 12th, I still haven’t received it.

Their lack of urgency completely ruined my son’s birthday, as I wasn’t able to give him the gift he specifically asked for. The overall experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and disappointing. I would not recommend shopping here unless you’re prepared for poor customer service and a long, stressful process if anything goes wrong.

Fantastic customer service! I made a mistake ordering the wrong size but Josie was super friendly and helpful, she corrected my order and kept me updated by email. The quality of the clothes themselves are amazing! This brand deserves more recognition I think it’s one of the best streetwear brands available. I used to wear the tracksuits a few years ago and was so happy to see they are still making fire clothes. The website is super clean and easy to order from and they currently have a sale on the outlet to clear old stock ready for new releases, definitely ordering everything when they are available! Thanks again

Bad customer service just direct you to website when you want to make a return. Then told that I can only get a credit rather than my money back, because the item was 'on sale'

I ordered 2 mystery box tracksuits. DPD showed 2 had been dispatched. The order showed up with only 1 in it. I’ve filled out the ‘contact us’ form on their website and sent a separate email to the email address. I’ve had no response to either.

The product was nice, just disappointed that the order was wrong and I’m unable to get a response from anybody.

At least they sent a follow up email for a review so I’m able to tell everybody publicly though 😂

A parcel was supposed to be delivered however it wasn’t I tried to contact the delivery company myself however I had no luck so I contact societe noir, I was very pleased with the response and the help I received from Josie who was able to contact the delivery company and arrange a re delivery thank you very much!

I have ordered few mystery boxes with hats in them and the quality of the hats were outstanding one of my fears was that I would get duplicates of the same hat because they are trying to get rid of the ones they couldn’t sell but the mystery boxes contained a verity of different colours and outstanding quality I strongly recommend their hats if you’re a hat lover.

Product arrived via DPD promptly with tracking and after a minor issue with the full ordera further parcel was despatched in good time. My first purchase and am impressed with the quality and also the very helpful costomer support. Will be using again hivhly recommend

I ordered the wrong item and emailed them to try and change it before it was sent out and they did this straight away With no problems!

Quality clothing, made a mistake with a previous item being delivered, sorted it out straight away, hassle free. Wouldn’t recommend this Brand to anybody!! Five star customer services!!

There is no way to contact Societe Noir - no phone number and they ignore emails.
Order # 30070

Item was returned - tracked via Royal Mail and delivered on 11th November. As of yet, no acknowledgement from Societe Noir.
I realise that their returns policy is pretty lame in terms of turnaround times, but at the very least I’d expect confirmation that they are going to refund. As it stands, 17 days after they received my returned item, they haven’t even inspected it.
It really makes you think twice about returning to buy anything again.

From their website:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 28 days.

Ordered two hats for my partner & he loved both. As usual all items are finished to a high standard & are well packaged. Highly recommended
