Snaptravel was great the first 3 times I used them. After that, the service fell off completely. They don't have real humans to talk to, so its difficult at times to get things resolved in a timely manner.

The breaking point was when they booked me at a place that did not exist, did not refund my booking, and then sent me to a broken contact us link.

This is the literally response they gave:
"I do apologize for the inconvenience. I want to tell you that we no longer support membership services and I also want to tell you that the link I sent will not really work. I apologize for my mistake. Thank you."

Made a reservation for an overnight stay, received a voucher etc after paying. Even got a text on the day saying have a nice stay yet when we got there, no reservation had been made!! 🤬

Absolutely appalling customer service - said someone would call us. Still waiting!

I had a horrible experience, checked in to an unclean hotel, Charleston inn in the Chicago area. I asked for cleaning supplies for two rooms and the third room reaped of a strong oder. I was asked to leave the property and the hotel refused to give me documentation, shared get it from the third party. I called Snap and was told I needed to have documentation from the hotel of checkout time. I explained that I asked for documentation and the hotel refused. Very poor customer service, what a scam. They are refusing to refund my money. A worker refused to allow me to speak to a manager.

This is a scam! Do not use. I booked a ticket in March from Washington DC to Milan on ITA. Everything checked out. I even confirmed with ITA directly. 2 weeks ago I was notified by ITA that my flight was cancelled with no explanation and my credit card would be refunded. I called ITA to check and wanted to know which credit card was credited. The agent said it was my Visa. I told her I booked the ticket through an agent - Snap Travel. The agent said I booked the ticket directly. I asked her to cancel the refund and she said that was not possible since it was issued. I received an email a few weeks before the cancellation from Snap Travel - now Super Travel stating that the ticketing agent - Booking Vault - went out of business - so I may be out $2000. Super Travel pretty much said - too bad. I do have my credit card working on an investigation. ITA and Super Travel not helpful.

Snaptravel is not willing to work out any wrong doings on their part. Do not risk using this website ever. Talk about being ungrateful for the people who give your website a try. PLEASE DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID!

Super travel is a damn scam. And I have told all my friends to not use it. They are cheaters. Please never book with them. Please everyone be careful! I had yo pay the Room at the hotel when it was already charged by Supertravel. The hotel didn’t have any reservation or was informed About it. It was this last weekend in Cairo. Now is called Supertravel. They promise to refund you and its a lie to shout tour mouth. They Stole me. DO NOT BUY BUY WITH SUPERTRAVEL.

Snaptravel took payment on my credit card as a hold with no confirmation for my hotel now I'm out over $200 waiting for what could be 30 days for those funds to go back on my card. Snaptravel told me there's nothing they can do. wouldn't even send an email to my bank stating they didn't receive funds.

I tried to purchase a last minute ticket on the same day. They asked to enter credit info, but in the end of the process they show that ticket was not purchased and they process it manually and let me know in 24 hours!!! There is no such info before put credit info!
In one hour they sent email that thay could not fullfill my order and it is canceled. BUT they didn't return money!
I wrote to support after 7 days - they told to wait 14 days,
PS It is 1 month passed no refund.

AVOID IT. IT IS SCAM.
Call to your bank and despute transaction immidiatly if you pay them money.

to my shame I tried twice to use Snaptravel and I now see why they need to change their name to Supertravel. They are scammers dedicated to the old 'bait & switch'.
They displayed on Skyscanner the lowest airfare by far. So I tried to book it - needed to fill in forms and give my credit card data. They instantly charged the card. Next day they informed me that the fare I booked was "no longer available" but they just happened to have a higher fare. I cancelled the first time and continued to insisted on a refund, which finally came after repeated demands. Second time (I know, stupid) they have failed to refund after 3 weeks after suddenly discovering their advertised fare was "no longer available". Total crooks.

I did a booking. They didn't passes the booking and debited the money.. they sent an email that they will refund money in several days. But 1 month waiting and the money was never back to me

Snap Travel is the one of worst sites for bookings, it got so bad that they had to change their name to Super

I bought a ticket with them at their unrealistic, non existent price, went to check in counter who informed I do not have a reservation

They take your money without paying the airline or book a ticket for you.
They are just waiting for price to drop

After 40 minutes on the phone with a hostile Snap Travel agent, he just said it cannot be done and gave me alternative flights at double the price
I am still waiting for them to refund me my money

Careful, they go by the name Supertravel (or Snaptravel). I made a reservation in November 2022 for a hotel, paid through Paypal. Stayed in March 2023. When I arrived they told me that they never got the payment from Supertravel. So I had to pay to the hotel. I sent all the documentation provided by the hotel, bank statements, and now they lie saying that they refunded me but its my bank that is keeping the money. I paid through Paypal and they never asked for my bank or account info. So they are lying. Never had an issue before with a travel website. I want my $350 usd back!

We booked a hotel room and found out it was under construction. Snap travel never informed us and it was so bad, no carpet, no shades, plastic bags to cover windows, no baseboard, smell was awful, we didn't want that. Didn't stay after we checked it out. And was never reimbursed our money. I would highly recommend that you don't use SNAP TRAVEL OR SUPER TRAVEL!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT! I will be posting every where possible so others don't this happen to them.

AVOID. Booked a hotel room in Ferrara Italy for Springsteen concert in May. Booked last year and paid in full. The room was cancelled with 4 weeks out by Snap Travel. Left high and dry. Do not use this company.

Stay away from snap travel better known as super travel! They'll charge you hotel stay without taxes then when you get to the hotel, you'll wind up paying more than booking directly through the hotel!

I need to leave in three weeks. Booked a ticket then they cancelled cause they couldn’t get the flight. Refund takes seven business days. I’m short $300 to book another flight. Now I’m worried if I can even fly in three weeks. Why did they take the money when there’s no confirmed flight! It’s super stressful

The other reviews are absolutely correct - they lure people with their low price flight tickets and then send you an email your fare went up and would you like to cancel or purchase. Apparently they are using the same trick on everyone. If I do not receive my refund in several days, I am filing a dispute with my bank. Scammers!

BE CAREFUL...IT'S TRUE!!! Everything you read... you book a flight they charge your credit card, Then you receive an email saying your flight is no longer available at that price and they offer it to you for a higher price. You are given the option to purchase the higher priced flight or cancel and they will refund the purchase to your credit card. (In my case this was over $8,000.00)
I took the option of cancelling and received an email with the title "REFUND PROCESSED and it included my confirmation number.
The email read
"Your order could not be completed. Please note that refunds may take several business days to post back to your account."
Several days??? It has been 32 days and STILL NO refund!!! They charged over $8,000 to my visa and have not returned it to my card!!! 32 days???
I called them today and was given the run around from two different people, sad they needed to check with the 3rd party they use, followed with more ridiculous excuses.
I insisted they send me an email I could forward to my bank stating this amount would be credited to my card either today or tomorrow. Since my bank wants payment from me!!!
I immediately received the email from Michael Boyd. I thank him for that.
For me, I won't EVER use Snap Travel or Booking Vault again.
THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU DO!!!
