Esto no refleja en absoluto el nivel de servicio que queremos ofrecer. Entendemos perfectamente la frustración de llegar a un alojamiento y no encontrar la reserva, así como las molestias ocasionadas con los desplazamientos.

Then you refresh the page and the price is low again, that's what I call a scam.
Edit: No, I won't send any details, I made my reservation via the venue's official website, which was cheaper, thnaks!

I was apprehensive about this website because I hadn't seen it before. I've already booked two stays here, one in Portugal, which went off without a hitch. Compared to other sites, for example, Booking.com, I saved over €150 on my stay. The second stay was in Tenerife for two weeks, and compared to other sites, I paid over €600 less. I emailed the hotel directly and my reservation was confirmed.

Estafa, te ofrecen un precio, intentas pagar "lo sentimos reintenta más tarde" y sube el precio milagrosamente. Aparte, se nota que es una página espejo de destinia.com , misma empresa detrás y misma estafa en el precio que sube cuando pagas.

Queremos aclararte que en ningún caso se trata de un engaño. Los precios de vuelos y hoteles cambian en tiempo real, ya que dependen directamente de la disponibilidad y de las tarifas que marcan aerolíneas y alojamientos.
Si durante el proceso de pago la tarifa se actualiza o deja de estar disponible al precio inicial, el sistema lo informa antes de que confirmes la compra.
Si quieres, envíanos por email más detalles a customerservice@troovel.com (fechas, servicio que intentabas reservar y, si puedes, alguna captura) y lo revisamos para darte una explicación concreta de lo ocurrido.

I would not recommend to be honest
I decided to give Troovel a try because they offer very competitive prices, even cheaper than booking directly with the hotel. The price difference was attractive, so I thought it was worth a chance.
However, when I contacted the hotel directly by email to confirm whether my reservation had come through, they told me it had not yet been received. That was quite worrying. Fortunately, Troovel later ensured that the reservation was successfully processed. They informed me that it can take up to 48 hours for the booking to be confirmed with the hotel.
In my opinion, this delay is not ideal. When you book a hotel, you usually want immediate confirmation and certainty, especially if you plan to stay there the next day. The uncertainty during those first 48 hours makes the experience stressful.
Although the lower prices are appealing, I would not really recommend Troovel because the lack of immediate confirmation creates too much uncertainty for something as important as a hotel stay.
I am very curious to their response to this review. :)

Normally, reservations are sent to the hotel at the moment the booking is completed. However, in some cases it can take up to 48 hours for the reservation to be fully reflected on the hotel’s side. This happens more frequently with large hotel chains, where the reservations department and the front desk operate separately, and internal processing may require additional time.

Best price for booking
Best price for booking. Easy to use. All reviews for each hotel, in collaboration with TripAdvisor. I like when we pay as soon as we booked, but, i have waited 12 hours for the confirmation, a little bit too long for someone that is booking last minute and want to plan short term. I was in CUBA, one of the rare website that offering Cuban hotel, and this is great !
