Glad to hear you're happy with your recent order from us Anthony! Thanks for the 5* review 🙌
good
all good, the only problems are the shipping costs and custom duties too high. At least I suggest to cover some duties or lower the shipping costs. I'm from Italy and the product costs me like 30 euros more due to this, too much.
I hope you can find a better solution for the future, thanks for all.

Hi Edoardo,
We're so sorry to hear your recent order with us incurred custom duties, unfortunately this is out of our hands and these duties are determined once the parcel reaches its destination country.
However we understand your frustration and our team are working to change shipping provider/looking into covering some duties so this can lower the cost for our customers outside of the UK 🫶
We have reached out to you via email also. Hopefully we can sort this issue!
Best,

Hi Thomas,
Thank you for your order with us. We're really sorry to hear that the zipper on your jacket was faulty. If you would have gotten in touch with us back in March 2024, we would have happily accepted your return and paid the return postage.
As for the sizing, we clearly list the measurements of each item and try to suggest the best fit, apologies that you wasn't satisfied with the fit but we try our best to ensure accurate sizing. We do advise our customers to check the measurements and product description carefully before ordering and we do accept returns within 14 days if the item doesn't fit. It's a shame you didn't contact us sooner so we could have rectified these issues.
We will get in touch with you via email to ensure you have a pleasant shopping experience with us in the future :)
Salut Thomas,
Great seller!

No nonsense
No nonsense, clothes are honestly graded and delivered promptly. Not much more you can ask of a vintage clothing seller really. Regularly updating their website via their socials. I cannot say I have had an issue with anything I have bought from them.
