Hey Juan! Royal Mail only handle the collection, sorting and transport out of the UK. Once your parcel leaves the UK, Royal Mail will then hand it over to another delivery service in your country for final delivery. This is why tracking is limited with the Royal Mail app. Hope this helps! :)

Customer service
Ordered a top from this store, overall I can't fault on the price, shipment experience and state of the product (being a fleece it is rough to touch however since it is used, it's to be expected).
Although my experience started with a wrong turn due to a sizing misunderstanding, Smoothcactus went above and beyond by listening to the customer and finding a resolution.
Thanks again for your excellent customer service
