An engineer came out yesterday .
He was very polite and efficient and was able diagnose the issue & fix it.
The time of reporting the issue to Southwark and your engineer turning up was very prompt.
As always a great service.

No sooner phoned smith and Byford abd the job was sorted that morning, thankyou, smith and Byford.

My call out was also an emergency told could be up to 24 hours. He came within 12 hours. Not only did he do the repair the engineer also did a complete service that was scheduled for the later part of the month.
The engineer was curteous and very efficent. Which is how the service with this firm is always.

Appalling customer service but on this occasion my latest/recent boiler issue the repair man that came to me gave brilliant customer service and sorted my issue out

The workman was clean calm and did his check… got me a carbon monoxide alarm and was very polite… five stars ⭐️!!!!

Recently had a faulty carbon monoxide detector, smith and Byford dealt with this with the upmost urgency. Gas networks out within an hour, engineer out the next day. Follow up calls to ensure our safety, including our dog. Everything dealt with very professionally and friendly staff, very very impressed, thank you so much.

Reported a problem of the thermostat broken, was told would not be another week until someone would come out,then get a phone call same day said it had been escalated and they would be round following day and fixed it and they did.

Te service was very good,our boiler had to have a few parts .So haf it working till had the parts and came back as promised .And the boiler running well ,And a nice man .

He installed the new radiator and checked the boiler, ensuring the temperature and system pressure were correct. The Gas Engineer arrived nice and early on Monday morning and sorted out the problem with the boiler very efficiently. Despite his busy schedule, he made time to answer lots of the questions we had about the cause of the problem. Thanks again for a job well done!

Service engineer on time, quick,polite and answered my questions, and no mess left behind.

I'm surprised that the technician that attended my apartment for annual servicing on 25/9/26,disabled our Boiler.
I suppose that the visit was for routine maintenance but now in repair mode with no time frame to fix.
Please can you expedite action to restore the disabled Boiler which was functional before your visit.
Your prompt remedy is demanded because of my health and vulnerability to cold.
I count on understanding of this situation to remedy our plight.

Smith & Byford were easy to contact and attended my property. They fixed the problem in no time at all. I would highly recommend them.

My boiler needed repressurising, phoned Smith and Byford in the morning and by early afternoon engineer had been and fixed problem. I was impressed with speed of sorting the issue out and how pleasant the engineer was. Thank you!
