I have been using smilebox for years to record family times and also used my subscription in my professional life with my leadership in Iota Phi Chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma professional Teacher's group. But now I'm not using it as much so wanted to drop my membership, but forgot to before the renewal date. When I contacted the help department, Maria was very quick to reply to my request. I was very happy and impressed with the very efficient way my problem was resolved. Thank you Smilebox for the many years of memories. I may try your new offer. Thank you again.

My question was answered over the weekend and promptly and the actual answer was straight forward.

I got a very quick response to all of my questions. I was able to get all of my photos from a very old Smilebox and that saved me hours of time in preparing a slide show for my Mom's memorial service.

I was very pleased with the answer received from Smilebox. It was top notch.

The customer Service was excellent. My complaint is that they make you upgrade for music but don’t disclose that you can’t use your iTunes. Also I didn’t know that certain templets had a limited number of slides and that the shadow on the text box didn’t go away if you didn’t use text. I had to redo 4 times. Thanks to customer service sending me the songs I requested in The correct format. My video came out good in the end. There is one issue with the final product. I used 4songs and for some reason there is a long pause in between the 1st and second song which is annoying.

I was having so much trouble in downloading my video, so I sent a message to support, and within a few minutes I got a message telling me what was wrong and fixed the problem for me immediately. I will always and only use Smilebox.

Website is user friendly. Received a response almost immediately. Great customer service!

Great, prompt customer service

We got assistance to be able to access to our old Smile box creations made between 2006 and 2017, about 40 creations.

They didn't give up on getting me a solution to the problem I was having. They stayed in constant contact until it was corrected

I started with a premium plan which helped me create slideshows but I wanted to post to FB and email. I communicated with team member Anastasia about my preferences. She was quick to answer and get me settled in the Pro Plan which was exactly what I was looking for in sharing my creations. I'm a senior citizen and not highly technical so Smilebox helps me look like a pro . I highly recommend it.

I haven't used Smilebox in awhile and was having challenges logging into my account. I reached out to Smilebox and Anastasia was extremely helpful and got my account up and running in to time at all. I enjoy making the slidehows and sending cards using Smilebox.
