I haven't used Smilebox in awhile and was having challenges logging into my account. I reached out to Smilebox and Anastasia was extremely helpful and got my account up and running in to time at all. I enjoy making the slidehows and sending cards using Smilebox.

isn't free as they falsely claim
like all the others "free" online services similar to smilebox as jibjab they aren't free at all, plus the quality of templates is inferior to jibjab, both ask you to pay a monthly subscription fee when you maybe you will use it once in a lifetime.
the worst part is that they say it when you are ready to share your video,
TL:DR
don't waste time and money and don't give away your data for nothing!
i e. what happens to the media I uploaded to make the video?
Stay away it's a fraud, it's not free by any means

5 star support- 4 star platform
5 starts for their excellent customer service support. However, as for their platform, I’d rank more 4 star. Would love more creative choices when editing a card slideshow and ability to allow gif’s ( videos) within cards would be awesome.
