I made a small request to have a link sent to me from my creation several years ago and Anastasia
Smilebox Voice of Customer Team answered me so fast and gave me what I was asking for so I could post my smilebox video to Facebook in honor of my late grandpa’s birthday. I’m very happy with this encounter.

The support team resolve my problem and as a result restored a lot of great memories. Very important to me personally.

I had paid the membership fee by mistake and did not use the services. Contected the customer support for full reimbursement of the fee and tes they understood my problem and did refund the fee. That was really thoughtful of them. Really appreciate their timely help.

My question was promptly answered with a positive response.

Recently I had a payment issue with my account. I emailed the Smilebox team and they responded back immediately. They addressed the issue and solved it while treating me with respect and patience. I have had an account with Smilebox for several years. The site is easy and fun to use. I love being able to create a card for others and then send it electronically. They have examples that can be customized for every occasion! My recipients always enjoy receiving these Smilebox creations. I literally created and sent a Smilebox birthday card to a friend today!
