I received an out of the box solution to my problem, which was very much appreciated!

Had an issue that millions of people must get - signing up to a subscription and not realising you had done an auto renew. I emailed Smilebox asking for a refund as i hadnt used it, and not only did i get a response back almost immediately, the answer was yes! Refreshing to have just great customer service, very rare these days. Just wish i had noticed i had done it 5 years ago, could have saved myself a fortune!!

I was having trouble with the music connected with the card I wanted to use, and Anastasia helped me. She was very prompt and stuck with me until she knew I was completely satisfied.

The response was prompt and totally addressed my issue, and the tone from Maria was cheerful and helpful. I am excited that the 'fix' for my issue is so much easier than when I first addressed it a couple of years ago. Thank you so much!

Anastasia was extremely helpful and prompt on her responses to my questions. She was professional and knowledgeable and due to that I will continue as a customer and renew my subscription with Smilebox.

Easy to make a very nice card with photo album.

I have been getting scammed by this company for years. I am unable to cancel my subscription. Every year they charge me $50 for a "free subscription" If you call them, you get a recording telling you to file an online request. From the website you can tell that they are trying hard not to allow people to cancel their subscriptions or manage their cards. Total scammers. DO NOT USE.

They helped me so much and super fast. The person in charge with my request was very, kind, polite and they helped me right away

Anastasia was great. She always answered promptly and concisely so I knew exactly what I needed to proceed. I always get rave reviews of my holiday card. Love going green!

I’ve created an invitation, but I can’t figure out how to send it to the invitees! HELP!

I sent my questions by email a few times and, every time, Smilebox staff replied promptly and professionally. One time, I got stuck in saving and sharing my working and they taught me how to clear my cache and cookies. Thanks Smilebox for the kind help!

Your service is great, we loved how easy it was to create a slideshow presentation. Then we went to subscribe, and could only do so for a year. We contacted support, Maria was nice to listen to our concern about this. In the end, we subscribed with Canva, who does accept monthly subscriptions.
We would have rated 5 star, if not for this attempt to make us pay for something we don't need.
December 2, 2023 update: What I said above stands, but rarely have I seen such attempts by customer service to try to handle this situation, so just because of that, have changed the review from 1 to 4 stars

I made a mistake in how I signed up for the Smilebox service. I contacted Smilebox, and they worked with me to find out what went wrong when I signed up. They ultimately explained what happened, what my options were, and then quickly refunded part of the subscription cost when I chose the correct plan for me. I was completely satisfied with the help they provided. From my experience, I can state that Smilebox is genuine, helpful, and interested in keeping their customers happy.
