My microwave was ordered March 9th now they are saying its already been delivered but I never got it. The tracking was no good the whole time. Is this even legal? Are they not responsible? I'd like my damn money back.

How do I get this company to respond? I cannot track because a smut charge comes up instead of tracking information! No response at all from any way possible!

I ordered an item for my daughter’s wedding anniversary, was told I’d get it within a week. Contacted the seller, they said it was on its way. Today I received a refund. No explanation.

This company and there group of all female customer service liers scammed me for$850 dollars for a table that arrived broken. Promises of replacement and endless while holding my money created a situation in which I could not get my credit card company to recoup the funds. After holding my funds for 90 days they returned calls or emails causing a situation where I could not get any refund of my stolen money. logged a complaint with the better business bureau in texas where they are located, but went nowhere as the credit bureau could not get them to respond in any format either. I think the positive posts on this site are being posted by the company and not customers.

This is a FRAUD!!!!! If you like throwing away your money to thieves that will gladly accept your payment and never deliver your product, Sleek Modern Furniture is the way to go. I had the same issue, back ordered product, support team delays, and then nothing! This went on for 6 months! I had to contact my bank to resolve the fraudulent activity! DO NOT order from this website!

Worst Website ever! I order bar stools back in November. I was told for months that things were delayed due to a supplier issue. They were very responsive in the beginning and in the last 3 months it has been radio silence. This site is a complete fraud. I have called, help chatted and sent a lot of emails with no response. Do not trust this website.

First off - the bar stools are FANTASTIC!. Great price, well made. Just perfect for my counter. I also can't say enough about the Customer Service at Sleek Modern Furniture. While I was still deciding between a few different options I noticed that the site did not provide the total height of the stool. After a quick chat session with a CS agent, she called the manufacturer and was able to provide me those details. As my order got close to ship time, I was again in touch with CS, and they were again proactive in calling the manufacturer, and confirming with me the exact ship date. This level of Customer Service is rare these days. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I’ve purchased a chandelier and mattresses from Sleek. Everything got here quickly, because of course I needed then ASAP! I love my items, as they were the final touches before my house warming party. Thanks Sleek!!!

The Lakeshore Bar Chair Vintage Dark Gray swivel bar/counter stool was very easy to put together. It is reasonably comfortable, however, for most women, the back slants back too much making it not as comfortable. Even sitting to the back of the seat, I cannot feel the seat back until I lean way back. The other issue is that the seat rises very easily and very fast. If you need to lower the seat, you have to get off the seat and press down very hard in order to get it to move down a bit. Otherwise, the chair is very pretty, very comfortable, looks very very nice.

I ordered a bed set on January 10, 2019. I have not received it yet and was charged the full amount in January. I have wrote several emails with no reply. When they did reply, they blamed it on a supplier issue in February. It is now almost May. I have contacted my credit card company because this is a fraudulent scheme and have reported Sleek Modern Furniture to the BBB immediately. I do not believe the good reviews on this website.

Ordered tables in December, it is April and no table and no credit. I had to email five times to get a response. I left VM’s - no one has ever returned a call or answered the phones. Their best answer when I finally harangued them into responding? Dispute the charge, it will be faster. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

The experience buying a high quality office chair was effortless. Michael communicated quickly and was very personable. The chair is comfortable and reasonably priced. Will definitely recommend them to friends & family.

If I could give Sleek Modern Furniture ZERO stars I would. I have been waiting for my dining chairs that were in stock for nearly 2+ months. Customer service is friendly and responsive (so they earned the one star), but no one has any answers, they blame it on their vendors and do nothing. I am beyond frustrated and STILL DO NOT HAVE MY CHAIRS. I have reached out to them 15+ times for updates. Buy your furniture elsewhere if you actually want it to arrive...ever.

My experience:
We found a set of chairs that we really liked. We are not big on ordering online, but chanced it as theses chairs looked great. My card got charged as soon as the order was made. 3 weeks later order had not even been "fulfilled" - much less shipped. Their customer service is pleasant - when you can get through. Which is on average once a week.

My advice: avoid.

Absolutely worst website I have ever dealt with.. it's been over three months never received my items. They keep giving me the runaround. Unbelievable and unacceptable. Do not go through this company for anything.
