I have spent close to $500,000 on equipment for colleges over the last 5 years. This is the toughest company to work with. I called to get help on assembly and they don’t even know the product they sent me. I was told to look at the instructions myself and tell them what I was missing. How do you not know what you are making and sending? I will never order from this company again.

Whole order was not shipped. Had to pay for missing parts. All of those were not sent either. Customer service can not be handled through the phone. You must email. Do NOT recommend. They have good deals. Would have gladly paid more for better service.

After getting my new deck built I started shopping for a new table to populate it. I live in New Jersey and every table I looked at here was over $1000 and not well built. Then I came upon the Park Warehouse table and it looked great, but the shipping was over $200! Doing the math, even with that hefty shipping fee this table was still a better value. I thought about it a bit, and then I went for it. When I received the table I understood why the shipping was so high. This table and crate weighed 500 pounds! Uncrating the beast I realized what a piece of art this table was. The finish was perfect and it was built to last. Putting it together was a breeze as everything fit perfectly. It was built like a Japanese wood puzzle with the same precision. When assembled it felt like it was built from concrete and I mean SOLID. I could go on but I think you get the idea. BUY THIS TABLE!! You will not be sorry!!

Customer service was awful. We ordered bollards for the security of our building.There was no review of the order or a proof sent of what the bollard looked like. We were promised them by a certain date and did not receive them until a week later. The representative we ordered with ignored phone calls/emails. Our installer called seeking information and said he had never been treated more rudely by customer service. Buyer beware. Once they have your monies, which you must pay up front, they are rude, unreachable and condescending.

We have are so happy with finding Park Warehouse on the internet! Not only did Annie help us beat everyones price... but the personal service we received from Makenzie L. was AMAZING! This is the company you WANT to do business with!

My items arrived in the wrong color. I called to get it fixed and the customer service team was good about coming to a resolution that would work for us both. I ended up compromising and keeping the incorrect color, but received a discount for my trouble.
One item arrived damaged and they sent spray paint to cover it up. Not the best solution.

Very smooth process. Rosealee was a big help, she provided all the info and answered all my questions and was very pleasant. All of the parts arrived on time and were in good condition. I did not realize how much I'd have to do to put the bleachers together but that was something I probably should have asked about.

My buying experience was exceptionally good. Customer service on the phone was very helpful. Shipping was complicated but was delivered exactly as described and on time. Benches are attractive and liked by the community.
