Hi Tommy and the rest of the team you have the best bike shop on the planet well done and 5 stars for all your great service. The winter bib tights are awesome the keep the wind and rain out . I highly recommend this brilliant bike shop . Thank you.

WONDERFUL

Sometimes a big purchase (Colnago road bike frameset in my case) can be a little worrying, on line or at a distance. Be assured that Slane Cycles will be an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout. A real find in fact.

Paul at Slane Cycles could not have been more helpful & reassuring.

Slane cycles always has what I want when I order
Great prices and can still ship shimano parts to Canada
Paul is excellent to deal with as always
Order shipped and received in Canada in less than 10 days
I tell everyone I ride with about the shop and great service
I willl definitely order again

Order came as promised and well packaged. Excellent customer service when I had to check what Royal Mail were up to. No reflection on Slane Cycles

Great service all round. Helpful team, great prices and speedy shipping. Thanks :)

It’s great to talk to them. They are experts of course but more important, they always have time to help with whatever problem you’ve got.

Great communication and delivery plus a great price on the items I purchased

First purchase from Stane Cycles.
More than likely not the last one!
Also fast and competitive!

Quick and precise.

Item delivered in excellent condition. However, arrived a few days later than expected maybe due to Xmas deliveries. Anyway still happy with purchase.

Price of components, Contact and customer service.

Fast, accurate

I didnt get any confirmation email or update, so I just popped them a message and they pretty much got straight back to me with an apology, explained what went wrong and provided me with a solution, as easy as that, great customer service

Excellent advice, service and delivery.

Great experience with Slane Cycles. Ordered a new groupset and price was great with all options available at time of ordering. Needed to wait a few days for delivery but Slanes team kept me updated on order progress and provided tracking details once shipped.

Highly recommended. Will use again.

Not great, parcel was missing, 1.8K spent on a dura ace groupset and communication between the shop has been awful, still yet to receive my money back.

Amazing Prices and service to match. Purchased a couple of items during the Black Friday deals and chased up the order as it was showing pending a few days later. Informed they were waiting on a part I’d ordered coming in but would be sorted within a couple of days. As promised on the phone and by further emails the order arrived a few days later. Delighted with the service all round and great customer service.

Great customer service
