The company I work for use Cycle Solutions for the Cycle2Work scheme. Even though they didn't stock the bike I was afetr, they partner with hundreds of other cycle businesses so I was still able to get the bike I wanted. The online process was very easy and the bike arrived within a week. Very good service all round

Initially the service from Cycle Solutions was perfect, It was a Specialized Turbo Vado SL 2 6.0 EQ Carbon costing £5,500, but this bike was stolen and I had a replacement from the insurance - the second bike was clearly not as well prepared as bits ie reflectors kept falling off. When I went to the bike shop to have the handlebar removed so that I could change the shock absorbers there was an overtightened bolt that could not be unscrewed. When I went back to Cycle Solutions they accused me of having caused the problem and I have had no response to email to them which was sent 10 days ago.

The bike arrived on time and in good condition.
The bad - the gears were not set up properly, the bike didn't go into 1st gear.
Both brakes rubbed badly as the calipers had not been centralised correctly.
The bike is a mullet set up with a 27.5 wheel on the rear. The flip chips for the geometry were set in the 29in orientation. I only noticed after wondering why I kept clipping the pedals on the ground.
Lastly the dropper post has failed on the 2nd ride!
Thankfully I am competent with bike maintenance and can resolve the issues. I will be returning the dropper post for warranty though.
I have yet to contact Cycle Solutions, so I cannot comment on the aftercare.

From the initial request to ordering the whole process was easy to do and the communication was great!
