Very helpful customer service

I was with this company for over 10 years . Dont play the poker its rigged. They kept ringing me asking me irrelevant questions. I asked them to delete my poker account so I'm not tempted to go on it but they deleted my whole account and told me 10 other sites I'm barred from.

I like the site, but find my bets on special offers limited to a paltry £2.50 for no apparent reason. It's not like I'm winning fortunes. No explanation given.

The facility to cash out a bet is constantly shown as updating thus being essentially unavailable for the duration of the event.
No reply from customer services regarding this issue.

Games are misleading ... Start of as free spins but then will just change to your account balance... Then Start off where you don't take long to get bonus games and get you in with some free spins... Then all of a sudden they are really hard to come by... Addictive and so easy to lose alot of money. Walked away quickly but can understand how easy I could of been alot down.

You could easily go from slightly up to 100s down in minutes if you wasn't careful or chasing what your down.

Definitely more should be done to not make these games that easy to fleece you big amounts in mere minutes

My bet stated cash out should have been available, and I was told by an advisor that it was, but my screenshots clearly show otherwise.

I had 5 out of 7 selections achieved just before half-time, yet the cash out option was never available at any point despite repeated attempts.

When I contacted support, the advisor repeatedly sent me a link to the terms and conditions. These state that cash out may be unavailable temporarily, but in my case it was unavailable for the entire duration of the match, which doesn’t match what I experienced.

Overall, the feature felt misleading in practice and the support response did not address the actual issue I raised.

Do not use this site they rip you off I cashed out for 150 said successful then said bet lost customer service useless avoid

The app was okay a couple of years ago but now it’s terrible.
Also be careful when you get free spins. They’re 10p each but when you’ve used them and start using your own balance it jumps up to £1.

I have used skybet for sometime enjoying the app the information provided on each horse in races helping me with my selection it has completely changed no help now other than equipment used by individual horses I have had to search other apps to change to coral/365/paddypower why do companies change things that work just fine ?. Sky have resolved the issue and I wish to upgrade my rating to 4stars
