Ladbrokes machine underpaid my each way win. Golfer placed in major at 20/1 with 1/4 odds on the slip. €10 bet, so I should have received €50 plus bet = €60. Ladbrokes machine calculated win at €42.50. Money wise, it was not worth going back to the shop to dispute. Percentage wise, its a massive write down. Pretty shady

Bonuses and incentives are poor. The Ladbucks promo has recently been nerfed beyond belief. The number of free slots contests has been reduced, this reduces the opportunities to win and has also caused each contest to have significantly more payers which further reduces the chances of a win since the reward pool is fixed; additionally the brackets for winners and the amounts of winnings have also been reduced, so overall the potential chances of a win are significantly lower. They also use the worst slots on the site for most of these contests, for example using collector-based slots for a contest with a fixed 30 spins, giving a minimal chance to reach a decent score.

The live contests aren't the greatest either - Ladbrokes live games are provided by Playtech and some of their practices, particularly on wheel games, make me genuinely wonder how they have ever been licenced to operate in the UK. For example half-spinning the wheel so that certain segments simply never reach the flapper. It should not be legal to take bets on outcomes which are literally impossible to achieve, not least because this reduces the overall odds on specific outcomes across multiple spins.

I use Ladbrokes primarily for sports betting, where they do OK. Just OK; they don't have the best odds but they aren't the worst either and I've never had problems with rejected bets, payout problems or issues with customer support, they've all been fine in my experience.

Placed a bet on the Irish Grand National and was told by the member of staff in the shop that each way was for the first six places. My horse finish sixth I went to pick up my winnings and was told it was only paying the first five places the information of point of sale was incorrect and after speaking to customer services the area manager is refusing to pay out over 40 years of betting with this company and there will be no more shocking service.

Overall this is one of the more reputable online sites. They pay relatively quick and never a problem with payment. They are fair and you win fair and square. No catches.
