Used to be good, but someone with my name self excluded and they blocked my account. Hours spent on livechat and 3 promises that my access was restored were just lies. Absolute clowns and I can’t access my balance.

This site is a rubbish site...the skybet is the worst site what I see...is normal because is moved în Malta to no pay tax and second time to steal the money to everyone because for that is sky bet no to be fun or something else...a real player know the True what I say...sky bet have bad impression about players...them tinck we are foul and we have big mouth or we are stupide but them no know what we thinck about them and what cleaver we are and we know everithing what moved here...just because we like to expend time or to lose small amount we are not foul...and yes all life we give 1 star if I play or if I not play....is like a hobby

Having been keeping a closer eye on the betting markets( horses mainly) Sky odds are nearly always 1/2 points worse than other betting apps, an example today, Sky offered odds of 3/1 for a certain horse, i selected to take the SP price, which come back at 9/2, that’s a considerable difference on returns.

I've noticed sky bet only reply to positive comments there a waste of time there poker free games are a joke the only people that might get achance of a win are the one's that put loads of money in there account there not interested in any other customer's I've played there every day for year and not a single win or bonus and I put £500 every month obviously not enough . There free game not a thing in years what a bunch theses are.

I try to sign up gave all my personal information addressed phone number date of birth made a account and sent my photo ID in twice which they said was acceptable then was told that it could not be verified even though it was a professional driving licence with my name address and photo I've done this twice to not be accepted now I would like to know where my photo ID is I am not happy. why make me go through all of that and now I cannot even sign into my own account this is absolutely disgusting and now the company has gave my personal details out to other companies and I have not stopped getting unwanted calls from all sorts of numbers when you try to phone these numbers back you cannot get through the phone is dead I cannot believe I have been scammed by such a big company like Sky Bet I have emailed about my concerns and my private information and where it is now and I have been ignored they will not let me sign into my own account and keep going back to the same questions wanting my account details what is the point when every single time they say they are not fayued this is a massive scam and I will not let it go I will take this further I am not happy my personal details veing giving out this is against the law.

Every time you have a bet on with a high cash out it then suspends the bet. And won't refresh and then your bet is in so you would have a higher cash out and surprise surprise its still suspended. Its shocking I don't know how they get away wih it basically they are fixing the cashout so if you have a chance of winning they suspend the bet. Better of with other more trustworthy betting sites.

Today had free bets i had some trouble placing my horses bet. Then had no problems placing more .then it went back to unable to apply stake on bets .I contacted helpline. Disaster to be honest. Still unable yet .tomorrow if no better . I will be moving on else where
