Awful company stay clear especially of there games literally just take your money no fairness over 5 years never been in the profit complained all they do is suspend your account oh and also withhold any funds you have on bets that have not started or been completed disgraceful

I was with sky bet for 13 years no issues really until you win . then theres big issues making you jump threw hoops to get your money. , ive checked all my months for profit/loss and ive never ever once been contacted when in the loss and twice when in profit. with money affordability checks . these checks dont seem to matter when losing only when winning. never ever will I bet with these crooks again.

Shocking skybet deduction 25 percent for derby winner,even though William hill Ladbrokes Boyle all waived it as the made a bomb ,skybet are tight and out off order ,pay the full amount on Xmas day .

I have been with sky et for a few years and I can honestly say I've never had an issue they are extremely fair in all departments I will keep with them that's for sure I have had some very welcome surprises when I thought I'd had a bad result due to either contestant etc pulling out I will strongly recommend sky bet for sure

I placed a few very small bets on the Grand National... I won £30 which was just a slightly higher amount that I'd placed in total. Withdrew my money but it never arrived into my account... email after email saying not received sent screen shots from my bank proving not received. Even their response showing a different bank account and me emailing them consistently... I just gave up! Keep the £30 Sky Bet just won't use you again as you dont take any responsibility for your mistakes! Shame on you.

Updates don't work. If anything they make it worse. The app use to be fine but the last few have made it a nightmare. Huge lagging issues when building an accumulator or flicking between pages and often the page just freezes and you have to shut it down and start again. The cash out feature is blatantly rigged and is so frustrating. It 'suspends' for long periods and then when you get to cash out you end up pressing the button multiple times without anything happening and then conveniently you get less than what you wanted to cash out for. I have often wanted to cash out for as little as £5 and after about a minute of button mashing and the page lagging I end up getting just under £1. Awful and ridiculous.

I had a query on a free bet not having been credited to my account. The first operative I chatted with, having finally got past the irritating robot, agreed I was entitled, but that it could take up to 72 hours, which is total garbage.
I tried again a few hours later and Varsha credited my account immediately.

Skybet did their best to ruin their website when they decided to change a perfectly good working website. This happened about a year ago and they still haven't got it sorted out yet. It takes ages to load all the football matches and when you try placing a bet it takes ages and it sometimes lowers the odds by the time you manage to finally place it.

Stay away from their new game fishin frenzy lure them in. That's what this site does lure you in. At least 20 times two bonus symbols on the board and never the third. 3 chests bursting and none do anything. I've only recently come back to sky but now I remembered why I left and I won't be back again. Games are rigged and their odds on sports betting are miles apart from other bookies. Cya.
