Shipment took way too long, quality of clothing was deceptive. Items had no shape and were thin, couldn’t return without paying £43 in shipping fees.

High cost but the material of the…
High cost but the material of the jumper was not great. I got a little stain, washed straight away according to instructions and the stain is still there. Moreover, the material itself after the wash felt worse. Quality overall doesn’t match up to price.

Bought the Wilkie striped bag 6 months…
Bought the Wilkie striped bag 6 months ago and it has loose threads and is fraying at the edges. I contacted customer service with images and was told as I have had the bag for 6 months all they can offer is 20% off a future purchase. I declined this offer as why would I want to purchase more from a company with poor manufacturing standards and even poorer customer service. Their email acknowledged that the damage would have occurred before owning the bag for 6 months, but my question is what customer is happy with a bag that can only be worn for less than 6 months ? The fact they acknowledge the bag would be damaged before this period shows they do not expect the item to have any longevity. This issue has not been resolved and customer service has been completely unhelpful.

From looking into this further, we can see a member of our Team offered you a partial refund as an apology for any disappointment caused, and not a discount code for your next order.
In regard to your comment about the bag being in your possession for 6 months, we need to clarify that whilst we can appreciate manufacturing faults can occur, it makes it difficult to determine if this is the case in this instance due to the length of time the item has been in your possession.

wrong material description
it said on the description 100% cotton.. but when i recieved the jacket the inside said 100% polyester. it’s a pretty jacket, but i thought i paid for quality cotton. so was disappointed abt that.
edit: they did give me a gift card after emailing them about it, so the customer service was great.

Bad quality
I purchased a bag (the striped one ) from this shop and only used it occasionally because its striped design only matched certain outfits. As a result, the bag had very little wear and tear.
After around three months and only a few uses, the zip stopped working properly and one of the corners of the bag came apart because the stitching had come undone on one side of he pocket . Given how lightly the bag had been used, I was very disappointed with the quality.
I contacted the shop to explain the issue and ask for help, but they were dismissive and told me that because several months had passed since the purchase, there was nothing they could do. They did not offer any meaningful assistance or attempt to resolve the problem, despite the fact that the bag had clearly developed faults after very limited use.

First of all, we apologise for any fault with your Wilkie bag, and we can appreciate your disappointment caused by this.
From looking into this further, we can see a member of our Community Care Team immediately offered you a 25% partial refund to help cover the cost of repairing the zipper as well as a discount code for a future purchase, which we can see you were happy to accept.
After the partial refund was processed we can see you were unhappy with this outcome and requested additional compensation, which we granted and the partial refund was increased to 35%.
Once again, we apologise for any disappointment caused by the faulty zipper, however we can see this was resolved in February.
