Great customer service and gorgeous dresses.
Bought two dresses, unfortunately neither fit so had to return but made a mistake with the form so reached out to customer servie. Maria couldn't have been lovelier and sorted my return issue quickly and with good grace.
Dresses themselves were well made and gorgeous and am gutted they didn't suit.

I really appreciated the customer…
I really appreciated the customer service I received from Anna. She was very considerate, helpful, and assisted me in resolving my issue, including helping me replace an item.
Overall, my experience with Anna was great. However, I think it would be even better if customers had the option to cancel an order or make updates themselves before the order status changes from “unfulfilled.” I was lucky that it was the weekend and not a working day, which gave enough time for my order to be updated. Otherwise, the response time for the first customer support interaction might have been too long, and my order could have already been shipped with the items I wanted to change.

What a beautiful brand with fabulous customer support!
I reached out after seeing an outfit on John Lewis which was sold out, and the team found it for me and made it available to purchase!
They offered me alteration services, replied the same day and were definitely not chatbots - but real life people who I now have a lasting impression of and have already recommended to friends.
The collections are also so stunning!

Sadly had a bad experience! Fell apart
Sadly had a bad experience! Loved the dress so bloody much however cost £90. Wore it for the first time to a wedding (what I bought it for) and within minutes my friend noticed that both sides of the dress had come away from the underlining completely. I hope this was just a one off or a faulty item but the way it was falling apart made it seem so badly made. Such a shame as the dress was so beautiful! Bought through asos, thankfully was refunded however has put me off ordering again incase of the same issue.

Just a quick note to say a huge thanks to Anna and other members of the SJ customer service team. Buying online can be tricky sometimes so I almost always ask questions about a specific item I’m thinking of purchasing. Every single person I’ve spoken to has been so helpful and accommodating and never makes me feel like a bother. And I’ve always gone ahead after talking to them and made my purchase. And just to add - I’ve never had any complaints or reason to return something. So thank you all for making my shopping experiences so great. Your clothes are amazing but the customer service is the icing on the cake!

Excellent Customer Service
I ordered a dress from Sister Jane it arrived quickly and was exactly as described beautiful quality but sadly did not fit.
I contacted customer services regarding the returns procedure ( I have no access to a printer) their response was quick friendly and helpful ( Maria)
Although the dress I ordered did not fit the service I received has been excellent.
Hopefully I will receive my refund asap 😊

Beautiful Dresses
Sister Jane has beautiful dresses and excellent customer service. I live in Canada so I had to pay extra duties and taxes but the dress I bought for my daughter was exactly what she wanted and perfect for an upcoming family wedding.

In addition to the top quality clothes the communication was impeccable! Due to one style of dress being out of stock, my daughter selected another which was just as beautiful. Meanwhile, I got a text her original select dress was back in stock! We ordered it with intentions of returning her second choice but..we decided to keep both!

I started trying to return my order within days of receiving it, but Sister Jane’s returns portal repeatedly failed and would not let me proceed or finalise the return request. After contacting customer service and resolving the portal issue, they refused my return because the 14-day window had passed, despite the delay being caused by their own faulty system.
Zero accountability, zero flexibility, and an awful experience as a first-time customer. Looking at Trustpilot, I can now see I’m far from the only person who has had issues with their returns process. STAY AWAY!

While we did not have any reported outages or technical issues with the returns system during this time, we are always happy to assist customers by email or phone should they face difficulties completing a return request online within the relevant returns period.
Unfortunately, we did not receive contact regarding these issues until after the 14-day returns period had expired. Customers are asked to contact us within the applicable timeframe should they experience any issues or delays so we can investigate and assist accordingly. Where customers notify us within the return window of their intention to return an item or of any technical difficulties, we are always happy to work with them to find a suitable solution.
We truly value all customer feedback, and your comments will be shared internally as part of our ongoing review of the customer experience and the standards we strive to deliver. Our goal is always to provide a smooth and fair experience for every customer while applying our policies consistently.
