After years in the industry, Emma witnessed firsthand the environmental and ethical costs that can come with fashion brands and set out to build something better. Awful quality
Awful quality, rip thread in the pocket of my Felix twill trousers already and only bought 2 weeks ago. They refused to exchange or refund. Terrible quality now.

Following your initial enquiry, we spoke with our garment technicians who confirmed that this is not a fault with the product and appears to be a small amount of excess thread in the pocket, which can be carefully trimmed without affecting the garment.
As the item has been worn, I’m afraid we’re unable to accept this as a return. All items need to be returned in an unworn condition with tags attached in line with our returns policy.
I’m sorry for any disappointment caused, but please do let us know if you have any other questions.

Worst online shop for returns
Worst online shop for returns ! They make you wait up to 14 days to process a refund which is totally unacceptable when you are waiting to be refunded for a big amount. They keep saying they have a lot of returns to process, if they were spending as much time processing returns as they spend advertising on social media, that would be much quicker. A brand that only cares about getting more and more new consumers but does not care at all for its loyal customers. For me, that’s finished with Damson Madder, they have great clothes but they are not the only ones. And no other online shop takes two weeks to process a refund. And there is no point getting such a high amount of stress and anxiety because of a clothes brand that holds up your money. Look elsewhere.

the quality was like i remember as a child. The t shirt is made of thick durable cotton. A little expensive but well worth it for the quality.
I wore mine to a talk where I wanted to look informal but well dressed.
