WORST EXPERIENCE EVER THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM DO NOT USE! I paid a year in advance for VAT filings. Singularity filed one tax return (late) and then they completely disappeared. They stopped responding to emails. If you call their phone number it rings through then hangs up on you with no one on the other end of the line. Zero customer service. I am now looking at court action to try and reclaim the money I paid. If you look on LinkedIn to try and connect with someone - the company doesn't exist and there are no staff there with a linkedin profile you can contact.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM.

from Italy, terrible experience with them, to make the switch with them and get you to pay they are always available and respond quickly to your emails, as soon as the payment is made they all disappear, you have to send 10 emails to different addresses to hope that someone will respond to you after many days and when they respond they basically don't tell you anything.
the portal where I upload the amazon reports for the declarations doesn't work. I paid 200 euros per country (Germany and UK), the price is tempting but it's money wasted the declarations are not made.

Whatever you do, don't go near this company. It's remarkable that they are allowed to operate.

I made the mistake of using Singularity for my European tax. In the nine months under their stewardship, I've so far been de-registered from Poland VAT because they didn't submit the documents and I have had threatening letters from the German tax office for failing to submit the correct information. To deal with this letter, they requested 450 Euro. It then transpired that they then missed the deadline to respond, but supposedly asked for an extension. They then missed the deadline on the extension. At which time, I asked them not to deal with the letter, as it was quite clear they wouldn't ever do the necessary work required.

After this, I've tried to sign up with an alternative tax agency, but Singularity won't provide any evidence of any tax filings that they done in the five countries they 'manage' for my business. This has prevented me from leaving them.

I have now been calling them every day for the last three weeks trying to get them to send me evidence of historic filings. Every day!

My issues have been going on since February. To call it a pain is an understatement. They are charlatans. AVOID!

Third-class service, no support whatsoever. It's the 4th month I have been unable to upload the VAT records on the portal, and every time they respond that I send the records in an email.

This company should be reported to the ombudsman for the way it operates - or should I say does not operate. We moved to them after Avalara and Amazon broke up. I should have gone with someone a little more expensive because Singularity have been the single worst company to deal with. While they have been looking after my EU VAT they have had most of them delisted without answering any of my questions. They are never available to answer questions or help even though they have been paid for the year. As far as I can tell this is a scam service provider who preyed on small businesses when Avalara was stopping being supported and have scammed many small businesses out of hard earned cash, and hampered their international growth. They have the audacity to only reply to you if they see an opportunity to charge you more money. No thank you, I will be moving to another company ASAP. As I say, should be reported to the ombudsman for the way they operate. They have some automated emails which you can't reply to, and clearly there just for the bare minimum to act like theyre actually doing something. But you cannot get through to anyone

Pessimi, grosse inadempienze, dichiarazioni fiscali errate, non rispondono alle richieste. Danni immani. Mi sono dovuto rivolgere ad Avask per risolvere i loro problemi con costi ingenti.

Extremely unhappy, not only we had to pay for the filing, but the costs of registering the number again is rather high as well.

Proposé par Amazon pour les vendeurs Amazon, nous nous sommes inscrits en juillet 2024 pour la gestion des déclarations de TVA locales en Allemagne, Italie, République tchèque, Pologne et Espagne, à partir de septembre 2024.

Sur l’ensemble des déclarations à émettre, Singularity n’en a transmis que quelques-unes, avec beaucoup de retard et des montants erronés.

Cela nous a coûté la radiation de la TVA polonaise, ainsi que des frais supplémentaires, car nous avons dû trouver un autre conseiller fiscal et payer des surcoûts pour effectuer les déclarations rétroactives.

Nous nous attendons également à des pénalités de la part de différentes administrations fiscales (notamment en Allemagne et en Pologne).

Le système censé récupérer automatiquement les rapports de transactions ne fonctionne pas. Nous devons les transmettre manuellement, souvent à leur demande très tardive, ce qui leur permet ensuite de nous rejeter la faute en déclarant que nous n'avons pas transmis les éléments à temps.

Ils ne répondent pas à nos demandes d'information lorsque nous cherchons à savoir où en sont les déclarations, ni à nos demandes de clarification.
Par exemple, Singularity nous a communiqué des montants à payer en Pologne et en République tchèque sans nous fournir ni coordonnées bancaires ni référence de paiement.

Ils ont simplement récupéré des centaines (milliers ?) de vendeurs Amazon après la fin du partenariat avec Avalara, sans anticiper un besoin d’embauche. Résultat : ils sont en sous-effectif, débordés, avec des outils automatisés qui ne fonctionnent pas.

J’ai détesté mon expérience avec ce conseiller fiscal, qui nous a coûté beaucoup de stress, de temps et d’argent.

Ein Stern ist noch zu viel - sowas nennt sich Steuerberatung! Unglaublich. Seit Amazon sich letztes Jahr von Singularity getrennt hat, funktioniert gar nichts mehr. Keine Kommunikation, keine Meldung an die italienischen Finanzbehörden - aber als es um die Rechnungsbegleichung ging, war die Korrespondenz groß. Ich gehe jetzt zum Anwalt. Ich kann auch nur Finger Weg sagen.

Absolutely shocking company , they ignore my emails , im now being fined via HMRC for polishing vat , they cost
£4000 so far . I have now instructed a solicitor to deal
With singularity . Singularity will destroy your business , avoid avoid avoid .

Fines from countries for missing filling deadlines and no response in 3 weeks from singularity, despite the weekly reminders. AVOID

SCAMularity will harm your business and tax affairs - period. Since onboarding they have failed to meet their contractual agreement to simply file on time. We have received multiple warnings and a country has deregistered us from vat due to unfiled returns causing us to have to appeal and reinstate. The amount of time wasted is beyond explanation, they will leave your business in a bad standing with tax authorities and just don't care. This is a truly awful business that has zero ethics, responsibility and then to top it off just do not reply either even when raised to higher management level. I honestly can't understnd how they have not been closed down for fraud at this point, the amount of reviews and warnings are clear as day.

Failed to file an entire year of German Vat returns for my business despite them being paid for the year in full. Now facing fines from German tax authorities for this. Cant get hold of anyone to rectify this! Absolutely shocking service

Singularity GmbH took over my VAT returns for 6 EU countries in October 2024, and I paid upfront for 12 months of services in July 2024. At the end of February 2025, the Polish Tax Authorities cancelled my Polish VAT due to a lack of filing of VAT returns since October 2024. I have provided Singularity with all the data they requested. There are missing returns in other countries as well. I reported the issue in Poland and did not get any reply by email. I called them several times, but no one responsible was available. They were supposed to call me back, but I did not get a reply by email or a callback. There are several penalties to pay from tax authorities in countries such as France and Germany. My previous emails about notifications from tax authorities were never answered, even though I have tried to reach Singularity GmbH via phone or multiple times by email. Seems like a fraud rather than an actual genuine business. I'm contacting the solicitor to plan my legal action against that company.

Singularity helped with VAT registration in Germany and France, but when we got notices from the German tax office, they stopped replying. Despite emails, calls, and complaints, there’s been zero response. Their lack of support has put our VAT compliance at risk.

Terrible. Receiving tax demands for unfiled returns and no response to emails sent multiple times over course of weeks. Big mistake to use them.

I have using the service for more than 1 year. The whole team is really supportive; especially Sagar Manjal, who is highly knowledgeable about our products and respond promptly to our inquiries, ensuring that every issue is resolved efficiently and to the our satisfaction.

I will continue to use their services.

Very unreliable company. Documents received from the tax office forwarded with a huge delay, or not at all, which caused problems with the tax office.

Terrible communication, responses to e-mails takes up to a week. Despite clearly formulated questions, support sends irrelevant answers and avoids answering the question and drags out time, which leads to non-compliance with the tax office deadlines.

You need a reliable partner in tax matters. You don't want to risk fines and inspections from the tax office.

Definitely avoid this company!
