Hola,compré una chaqueta de cuero por 75 € en enero 2023 y después de 7 meses ,no he recibido nada, sólo varios emails con excusas. Les reclamé la devolución del importe y ya no contestaron más. Me quedé sin chaqueta y sin dinero. Donde reclamar?Estafadores. Nunca compren aqui. saludos/Manuel /España(Spain)

I also ordered from Silkwun and after I paid I went to look at reviews, I did not like what I read so I immediately ask the company to cancel the purchase and contacted my bank for a transaction reversal it took a while but the transaction was reversed. I had my money back. Silkwun is a scam and they should be reported to Facebook and people should be made aware of their scam.

I have placed an order in May and haven't received it yet. What's happening!! Longest online service ever!! Never ever recommend this site to anyone!! Scammers!!

Scammers. They are trying to deliver my package for 5 months already... Facebook ads sucks

I made an order on the 3rd of July 2023 and my order was confirmed but never received my package till to date,let alone receive a tracking number. This shop is a scam and Facebook must be sued for advertising fraud

I place my order on February now its 13 July 2023 I didn’t receive my order since that day i don’t understand facebook why still allowing this people like this on facebook they take my money they dont even reply on my message now to refund my money back. I really disappointed and I decided to leave facebook that day month cause facebook is not secured

My worst experience ever.
A never came package, never came Refund.
If is there an organisation who tracks such websites, I assume them for frode.
Still comes email “ you have items in your bag”, items that I bought since november, and never came.
Please do something 😡😡😡😡

I would not even rate this site that’s how disgusted I am by the greed of such human beings!They apologised multiple times and then telling me my delivery was delivered to the wrong address telling me to have patience after waiting since March for my order this is definitely a scam site!

Ich habe am 18.05.2023 eine Bestellung für Schuhe mit Rollen aufgegeben. Angeblich 10 bis 15 Tage Lieferzeit. Wir haben heute den 28.06.2023 und die Ware ist immer noch nicht angekommen. Zweimal habe ich ne Mail hingeschrieben, das ich mein Geld zurück erstattet haben möchte da ich schon zu lange warte. Ich werde nur vertröstet das ich noch warten soll, man hätte meine Logisitkinformationen verfolgt und es würde noch kommen. Ganz ehrlich, da glaube ich eher an den Weihnachtsmann und den Klapperstorch. Das Geld kann ich wohl abschreiben, denn wie man sieht weigern die sich dafür gerade zu stehen.

After ordering the good & waiting for 70 day ,Silkwun team is apologizing that my order has send to a wrong address & they will resend the order again. Worst customer service experience ever

A total scam.... its been over 3 months since i ordered and nothing received nor have they refunded... i need to know how to get my refund of £50 as this is a complete scam... they dont deserve even the 1 star .

I was thinking about buying from this company. Something felt off about them as I saw their add on TikTok and most TikTok ads are scams. I looked at company reviews and they confirmed they’re scammers.

Unfortunately, I gave them my email in case they weren’t scammers, and now they keep harassing me, telling me my items are still in my cart and to come finish purchasing. They send an email every 1-2 days. I’ve emailed them to stop contacting me. All they said was my goods are being delivered and are on the way (I haven’t bought anything).

I have also unsubscribed from their email list. It didn’t work, and now their emails don’t have an unsubscribe option anymore (the first few did).

Do not trust this company and DO NOT give them contact details. They will NOT leave you alone.

Wish I could put zero stars. Placed an order on March 3 still nothing. Received one email saying they would get into with the carrier to rush my order and nothing. I have also requested a refund with no success. What a bunch of scamming pieces of crap. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I look at the site I know something was wrong I tried one top but they are really scammer because they placed no tracking number when I order so I know I lost my money as well ,I wish to got that these people go to jail or dead for stealing people honest hard working money, its not nice what they are doing I want my money back right now

This company its a scam i paid 568 for the sneakers on 03 march till to date i havent recieved, watch out for this silkwun , they scam people

NEODPORÚČAM. Objednala som si tovar 10.4.2023, na stránke je uvedené, že bude doručený do 10-15 dní. Dnes je 12.6.2023 a stále nemám tovar ani peniaze. Písala som a kontaktovala predajcu a žiadala o sledovacie číslo. Odpoveď znela buďte trpezlivá...Je to tretí mesiac čo som uskutočnila objednávku a som sklamaná a cítim sa oklamaná a podvedená, že som naletela podvodníkom. NEODPORÚČAM STRÁNKU ANI NÁKUP, pretože tovaru sa nedočkáte a ešte prídete aj o peniaze a nervy s vypisovaním, čo nikam nevedie....
