Difficult Return Process
Adding to other reviews about the returns procedure, the retailer requires you to send an email request, yet does not reply to repeated messages over weeks, then repeatedly ask for the same information, all of which obstructs the process they state on their own website. They also seem to change the return address, which is only released following the return request being processed, which raises questions in itself.

Otroligt dålig produkt
Otroligt dålig produkt. Först kom en felaktig storlek, fick returner till Tyskland, dyrt porto. Ingen återbetlaning. Sen skulle rätt storlek komma, men det är precis samma då jag mätte den tidigare. Dessutom låg storlekstaggen löst, inte fastsydd som den ska vara. Lurendrejeri!

My experience with this company 100% negative. First company sale Chinese sizes like Uk sizes.In fact it about 4-5 sizes smaller like Uk.I bought top sleeves for my missis,its come absoliut wrong size,retur I must pay myself.Buy special delvery its cost me 10£ .For item I pay 51.95 returned about 42 £ .So for every boudy refere do not buy nothing from this criminals company.

Silky Silk have refused to respond to my numerous emails re a return of a purchased item. Via their website they directed me to their associated tech company when I needed to return an item. The tech company wanted to charge me£1.00 "refundable" but required my full credit card details before providing return details.I refused to do so.I have received no responses from Silky Silks and my refund due since end November of £80.96 has not been received. There is a very bad smell about this Company

Hele mooie zijden pyama gekocht. Mooi verpakt. Kwam op tijd. Maar wat een troep! Zeer slechte kwaliteit. Pyama van 150 euro is na 20x dragen al kapot aan het gaan. Is nog niet eens gewassen. Knopen die loszitten en zelfs gaten thv de mouwen. De reinste troep.

I bought one pair of pj’s s/m that were perfect. So I bought a nightdress s and a second pair of pj’s m. The nightdress was huge, the second pj’s too small. Absolutely not worth the money. It’s a shame as my first pair of pj’s are perfect- so they can do it if they want.
Non existent customer service
They take your money then send wrong size. They won’t pay for return postage even though it’s their mistake. Return postage basically same price as purchase. Pointless to return and a big ‘if’ if you get your money back. Stay clear!

Return Process is Among The Worst- Quality is Mid
Some of the pajama sets are nice quality and others feel cheap. It seems they buy from various manufacturers so quality is inconsistent.
Three stars are taken away because their return process is awful. They make returns as difficult as possible.
You have to email them no less than four times and then go through all sorts of efforts to force you to keep what you already said you don't want.
Then you'll finally- about two weeks after asking- get an email with several warnings about not getting your refund if one detail is missed- literally designed to increase their chances of keeping your money.
I'll never buy from them again and suggest you avoid SilkySilk and buy from a reputable store that has more respect for their customers and doesn't play these types of games with your money and time.

Mijn bestelling is nooit aangekomen . Ze gingen er alles aan doen om dit recht te zetten . Niets van gemerkt, alleen de steeds opnieuw kerende mails dat ze mijn frustratie begrijpen . Ze gingen een vervangpakket opsturen , nooit iets ontvangen .
They refuse to give you an idea of what it will cost to return a shipment if it doesn't fit and their sizes are listed by others as inconsistent.
I chose not to buy from them because when I asked the cost of return shipping they said it is up to me and also refused to provide an address or country that it would need to be shipped to. The last time I tried to ship something to China or even Canada it cost more than $20 and that was before the tariffs. Buyer beware.

Horrible quality and making a return is a nightmare. They will not provide a shipping label even after emailing them twice. Very difficult return policy, so I hope you love what you order!
Cheap material. Straps looked like adjustable bra straps. Will NEVER purchase again from them.
