Happy with this silk pillowcase overall. The pink color is soft and pretty in person. The 30mm mulberry silk feels super smooth and the zipper makes it easy to put on and take off. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the color came out a tiny bit lighter than I expected from the photos, but it’s still cute and the quality is solid for the price

The best pillow cases I have bought . I did purchase two other companies silk pillow cases and these are the best so far .

These pillowcases are the BEST OF THE BEST silk you can buy! The website is a bit disorganized but the product is exquisite! There are basically three levels of softness you can choose: good, better, best. I have tried the first two and they are wonderful! They truly have helped me sleep more comfortably and are gentle on my skin. (I sometimes have eczema flares.)

Ordered from several companies. This is the silkiest and coolest pillow case. Also, zipper is very good… zipper on one other company’s pillow case broke after several washings. This one is strong!

Easy care and love the feeling of sleeping on it

This is my 3rd order with Promeed in 3 different color ways. I have tried 2 others and quality was no comparison to Promeed silk cases. They handwash beautifully and hang dry quickly.

I placed a $1,100+ order with Promeed on April 25, 2025, with “expedited shipping” (2–4 days). Weeks passed with no delivery. FedEx tracking showed only a label created on May 12—no package ever received or moved. When I contacted customer service, I was met with vague, contradictory responses blaming tariffs, customs, and “logistics channels,” all of which made no sense given the total lack of shipping activity.

After extensive back-and-forth, I formally canceled the order. They acknowledged the cancellation but refused to issue a full refund unless the package (which was never shipped) could be “intercepted.” This is not how legitimate companies operate.

It’s now clear that Promeed runs a classic drop-shipping scam: they take your money, order the product from a third-party supplier in China, and stall with excuses if anything goes wrong. There is zero transparency, zero accountability, and absolutely no respect for the customer.

I’ve filed a formal dispute with my credit card company and urge others to avoid this vendor. Don’t be fooled by the slick branding—this is a shady operation with no real inventory, no shipping integrity, and no customer protection.

After failing to deliver my $1,100+ order and ignoring my refund requests, Promeed also deleted my factual, non-abusive comment from their Facebook page. If a company can’t tolerate basic accountability, that says it all.

Update 5/25: Promeed now claims my order was rejected by customs and rerouted via Hong Kong—two weeks after previously claiming it had cleared and was en route to a U.S. warehouse. These contradictory updates are classic drop-shipping stall tactics. Holding my funds while refusing to deliver the goods or issue a refund is not just unethical—it’s criminal.

Response to Promeed’s response: Promeed’s reply is pure spin. The product was never “customized,” and no tracking ever showed the package moving. They now claim to have refunded me, yet no money has arrived in my account. The supposed refund offer only came after I filed a Visa and BBB dispute and posted public reviews. This isn’t customer service—it’s damage control. Let the paper trail speak for itself.

UPDATE: I have now received a full refund through my credit card company after Promeed stalled, deflected, and refused to resolve the issue directly. Despite their claims, no refund was ever issued until Visa intervened and ruled in my favor after formal dispute proceedings.

Promeed’s excuses about customs, logistics, and intercepted packages were proven to be exactly what they sounded like—stall tactics from a classic drop-shipping scam operation. They took my money, never shipped anything, and only reacted once I filed complaints with Visa, the BBB, and posted public reviews.

Let this be clear:
✅ Refund was granted not by Promeed, but by Visa
✅ All attempts to delay and misrepresent facts have been documented
✅ Their business model is based on zero transparency, no accountability, and no inventory

Buyer beware. This is not a trustworthy vendor. Promeed should not be allowed to operate unchecked.

Best purchase ever. As a new mom, I am able to just stick one in my hair and go! I also like them for bed bc they are silky.

Love the colors, the quality, the silkiness, the quantity...love EVERYTHING about these! Cotton rubs against my fragile hairline, but these just glide across it. The variety of colors is a true plus as well.

I love laying my face on this! It's soft, comfortable, and it doesn't leave marks on my face like other pillowcases do when they wrinkle up. So happy with my purchase.

I purchased a standard size for the pillows on our queen bed. They fit perfect and I love the zipper to keep the pillow inside as that's been an issue for us.

I received my pillowcases damaged. There was a knife slice on exterior packaging that went straight through to both pieces. PayPal had the seller's email so I reached out and got an immediate response. They asked for photos, which I sent and new pillowcases were sent, with a new tracking number. No hassle, very courteous and they arrived faster than the initial ones!
I finally got to use my new pillowcases and slept like a baby!
FYI, I am suffering from severe hair loss and noticed significantly fewer hairs on my pillow when I wake up! This was the main reason for the purchase. I am very happy, all around. Great purchase and I recommend this seller!

Scam.

When I placed the order, it said the duvet cover was in stock and would have expedited shipping of 2-4 days. A week later I emailed to ask where it was and was promised (in poor English grammar) it would ship by the end of the week. That was three weeks ago and my order still has not shipped. I have emailed three times (there’s no phone number that I could find) over those three weeks and not a single response. I am starting a charge back process with my credit card because the only refund option is contacting the same email address that has not responded to my other inquiries.

Zero stars. Tag says 100% polyester.

I had high hopes for the 22 momme sheets I ordered from promeed. The champagne color is nice and the sheets are generously fitted so they don't stretch tight, thus shortening the life of the sheet. I am sad though, because after barely 3 months, the sheets pill badly--something I have never known 100% mulberry silk sheets to do. I also sweat a lot every single time I use them. This has never happened to me with any other of the silk sheets I have ever bought (ranging in quality from 16 to 25 momme). I will not want to spend as much as I did on these sheets again.

EXCELLENT! I have ordered Silk Pillowcases and Silk Sleep Masks from several companies. Promeed is far superior in the quality of the product. It is thick, luxurious silk (no matter the momme) and there is never any slight snags seen with the other products. Their customer service is Superior! I wish I had found them first instead of ordering from other suppliers. I hope to order a silk sheet set from them soon.
