one happy customer
It’s my 3rd year buying tickets with this wonderful company, I will say the excellence goes the agent who I have been dealing with for 3 years STEVE he has been empathetically professional in dealing with me, his patience is phenomenal even when I am at fault he is calm, thank you Steve and thank you to your organisation.

Scam Alert - Save your money.
My wife booked a trip to Nigeria for April 2019 with this company and we started paying by direct debit instalments since Nov 18. They asked for as low as £100 deposit and we paid £300 just to show we are serious. Sam confirmed the flight was to be on KLM. We completed payment 04th March. However about a month before we were due to fly he called to say it was no longer available and offered us Rwandair instead on more restricted dates. Although extremely disappointed, we moved our plans around to accommodate this new dates. Again about TEN days before we were due to fly out someone else who called himself Harry called to say those dates were no longer available. The new dates he gave us meant we were going to lose 5 days of our family holidays in transit in a foreign country plus we miss the main family event why we were travelling. We called back to ask for our money back since they could not deliver what we paid for. They now want to charge us a cancellation fee of £450.00. We DID NOT cancel this company did not deliver what we paid for. After several requests to speak to the manager we finally got a MARK WILSON who repeatedly tried to say we were cancelling. This company ruined a 20 year family reunion trip of a lifetime for us, do.not let it happen to you. We will get our money back whatever it takes to do so, but please, please DO NOT use this company ever no matter the offers, all they are after is your money. You don't need the hassle.
