I really like the app and the team are very helpful. The women on the app are so nice and give lots of insight on how they are going with the workouts

Great app! My only concern is not having a more options when substituting a workout and certain workouts not popping up that are available on the app.

If we could add more tabs / workouts for substituting that would make it great!

Sometimes the app seems a little laggy

I wish the home page had a water tracker!

In the club section there’s no way to @ someone or get a notification if they’re replying to you that would be a great addition too!

On week 2 of the Shreddy Busy Girl Challenge and loving it. I’m doing the home workouts, which really push you and don’t require you to install your own at-home gym to do them!

I have PCOS, so this snappy, 30-min exercises are perfect for me - and easy to slot into a busy schedule!

The community’s great and supportive and really motivate you to keep going!

(Plus, the prizes are incredible)

I love the app. So easy to use and they have tons of plans for any goal you are currently trying to achieve. I feel much more confident at the gym waking in with a plan ready. The regular challenges on the app and the prizes are insane. Paid holidays, tuition fees covered and much more. And the results!!!! Amazing.

The shreddy app has loads of great features and a brilliant community and socials to bring it together. I’m also loving the new Pilates workout and the challenges available! One thing that would be great is the ability to swap or reorder specific exercises within the workout in the event of injury, lack of equipment or location. All round great though and the products (bands especially) are the best around!

Currently on week 2 of the Busy Girl Challenge and really enjoying the workouts! They defo push me but they aren’t too intimidating especially after a few months off the gym.

The only reason I’ve not given it 5 stars is because I don’t use the meal planning section so I can’t attest for the recipes but they do sound tasty and accommodate all dietary restrictions.

Love, LOVE the SHREDDY app! I've been a long term follower of the brand and it's lovely to see a company with women's empowerment at it's forefront grow and thrive.

I signed up for the Busy Girl Challenge and adore it so far. I'm finally motivated to work out and feel ready to make some real life changes - so thank you SHREDDY for building such a supportive community!

The workouts are excellent. If you use the app for the gym, awesome, but it's perfect for someone working out at home (like me). You need little-to-no equipment and very little space to complete the exercises, and they are very varied so you don't get bored.

Absolutely would have been a 5, but there are a few minor glitches in the app at the time of writing, such as it always skipping the last cool-down exercise. A few of the other girls have also said their meal plan is stuck on Vegan and can't seem to change it. However, it's still early days in the app world, so I'm sure these things will be fixed in the next update. Even with the glitches, I'd still 100% recommend!

The reason that I got over my gym anxiety

Obsessed with the workouts options and how complete the app is with meals and chats and more! Also, love to have supplements and kits all in one!

Simply dissapointing. The app doesn't work properly. Even though the app is useless, they won't refund. They don't reply to your emails, so it's just money down the drain. Won't support this disgusting policy anymore. Just sad that an enterpreneur who is all about women empowerment doesn't acknowledge that since the last update over a year ago, the app is just scam.

If you want your ass kicked, pls do!!!! Love shreddy very much xxxxx

Such a great app! I love all the workouts, challenges and recipes.

Shreddy is definitely the best workout app out there, from the meal plans to the workout guides it made me love the gym again. I actually look forward to my workouts and love the progress I am seeing.

I bought a subscription but the app wouldn't work for me. Customer service were quick to respond to my email and very good in trying to get it to work. After a week of the app not working, I requested a refund which was processed in full immediately. Top marks for customer service, just wish I could have tried the app.

I’ve been using the Shreddy app since 2019 and love love love it! It’s got a great library of workouts to choose from and the challenges are the best. I have made huge progress using the guides within the app and all the videos have really helped with my confidence in the gym.
I also appreciate that they listen to feedback on glitches etc. and have implemented the changes suggested by the Shreddy users.

I have bought all my resistance bands from Shreddy over the last few years and the quality is amazing, they’re all still in great condition despite all the use. Last year I had an issue with a product and it was sorted through the customer service team.

Can’t recommend enough!

I love shreddy, it’s where my gym journey started! I’ve tried supplements and they’re great too! The app has great workouts and meal plan! I’ve recommended to many friends who all love it too!
