price misrepresentation and blackmail
They asked another 190 EUR on top of 40 EUR that I payed already and that was calculated by their system, because my parcel was "oversized". There is no size in their price calculation, only weight. I desperately needed this parcel and was forced to pay, they wouldn't send it otherwise.
Good
Company is legit, they have nice and easy to use page and payment. Twice I have received packages thru them, everything went well. But... it's a bit expensive, so only in case if you can buy some expensive goods with a good discount from Poland or Czech Republic, in that case it is worth it.
Good parcel forwarding service
Wanted to buy something from Czech Republic that wasn't in stock anywhere else and found them. Item got scanned next day after they received it and shipped out the very same day.
They do have a different approach - your registration needs to be manually approved and instead of directly paying for the shipping, you first need to top up your balance and pay with that, but I didn't have any issues happen with that.
Overall fast and good service - recommended!

My parcel arrived intact and in a timely manner, custumer service was quick and helpful. Also the website is designed really well, very intuitive. It was a very positive experience, will use again if I needed.
Worked once, then stopped
One shipment went through smoothly, their website worked great, and I got a shipping number I could trace. The package arrived with GLS and was not damaged. I was very happy.
The second time my package got lost on the way to Shiptrio... I tried using their form for this purpose, but never received a reply. It wasn't anything expensive, so I got another package sent to them; and now when I wanted to check whether they've received it, their website is down. Like... completely down, where the IP address doesn't seem to exist. So, I guess their business isn't thriving. Perhaps it's just somebody's side-job. This would be understandable for the price; the communication must be improved though.
If something happens to your parcel, it will most likely be your problem.
I ordered a parcel from Poland to Spain, which consisted of two boxes.
Not only was there a hidden €8 processing fee, but they also sent me only one of the two boxes, even though the box said that the shipment consisted of two boxes. The delivery of the first box took 15 days instead of the 3-4 days stated on the website.
I am currently trying to contact them, but they are not answering the phone.
I hope I can get in touch with them and they will send me the second parcel.
If I succeed, I will be happy to change my review.
I am also afraid that they will charge me for shipping a second time, even though their website states that they automatically combine several parcels into one.
My shipment weighed 19 kilograms. The first parcel weighed 11 kilograms. This company charges for parcels up to 10 kg, then up to 20 kg. I already paid for shipping a parcel up to 20 kilograms.

Кроме того, что в пересылке оказалась скрытая комиссия 8 евро за обработку заказа, иак ещё они мне выслали только одну коробку из двух, хотя на коробке было написано, что отправление состоит из двух коробок. Доставка первой коробки длилась 15 дней вместо 3-4 дней указанных на сайте.
В данный момент я пытаюсь с ними связаться, но телефон не отвечает.
Надеюсь я смогу с ними связаться и они мне вышлют вторую посылку.
Если у меня всё получится, то я с удовольствием изменю свой отзыв.
Ещё я боюсь, что они второй раз возьмут с мегя деньги за отправку, хотя у них на сайте написано, что они объединяет несколько посылок в одну автоматически.
Мой груз весил 19 килограмм. Первая посылка весила 11 килограмм. У этой компании тарификация идет за пакеты до 10 кг, далее – до 20 кг. Я заплатил уже за отправку посылки до 20 килограмм.
Отличный сервис
Отличный сервис. Прекрасная возможность купить товар, который не доставляют в вашу страну. Был сделан заказ товара из Чехии (магазин доставляет товары только внутри страны), а получатель находится в Польше. После получения посылки в Shiptrio, заказ ими был обработан очень быстро и отправлен в Польшу в тот же день. В результате посылка была доставлена в течение 2 дней. Интерфейс сайта Shiptrio оказался очень удобным и понятным. Единственно, сделали не большую ошибку в адресе доставки, но это легко можно исправить на сайте компании-перевозчика GLS. Сервисом компании доволен и буду в дальнейшем пользоваться им при необходимости. Рекомендую!
Everything worked out perfectly
I ordered something in the Czech Republic and had it sent to Germany. Everything worked out perfectly. The shop in the Czech Republic had given my name as the address instead of my shiptrio identification. But with shiptrio it was no problem to assign the package correctly. Communication with shiptrio was quick and problem-free. Great, gladly again.

Excellent service. Communication took place via the account. Everything went perfectly. Item received from Poland – the seller could not deliver to Belgium, and Shiptrio was the perfect solution for me.
My Package is lost and they never…
My Package is lost and they never answer the phone and they do not answer the last mails that I sent them asking for an explanation.It´s been more than a week when they asked for the invoice of the product they have lost but besides that there is not information. Everything leads me to think that they do not work in a trasparent way.
Bad business ethics
I had a parcel which I had shipped to them and they lost it and then just completely ignored my emails so there is nothing I can do and I lost everything I had paid.
