Very Poor Service, Long Delays, No Clear Communication
My experience with myGermany.com was a long-running nightmare from start to finish.
From late November onward, my packages sat in their warehouse with constant delays, contradictory information, and extremely poor communication. I repeatedly waited days for replies, received incorrect tracking details, and was told multiple times that shipping quotes were “coming soon” — only to later learn that the carrier in question was not even accepting the type of shipment they were supposedly quoting.
Even non–Dangerous Goods packages were handled badly: long unexplained delays, missing or unclear status updates, and no accountability. Phone lines never worked, and every reply took 24+ hours, often creating more confusion instead of resolving anything.
Eventually, after weeks of waiting, I was forced to initiate a return just to protect my money. This was not due to changing requirements on my side, but due to the company’s inability to provide clear answers or move shipments forward.
Now, understanding that the company appears to be shutting down, the quality of service I received unfortunately makes sense. However, as a customer, this does not excuse the stress, uncertainty, and financial risk I was exposed to.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend myGermany.com. If your shipment is time-sensitive, valuable, or even slightly complex, be prepared for delays, poor communication, and a complete lack of reliability.

Schnell, zuverlässig und unkompliziert. Ich bestelle regelmäßig über myGermany, weil ich mich auf den Service und die Betreuung verlassen kann. Auch bei Rückfragen wird sofort geholfen.
Alles perfekt
Alles perfekt! Die Pakete waren sicher verpackt und schnell bei mir in Deutschland. Besonders schätze ich die einfache Handhabung der Plattform und die schnelle Abwicklung.
They used to be good
They used to be good. But now, they are horrible. In my previous package consolidation, they lost two of my packages which were not included in what I received. I have evidence they received the packages because of the pictures they provided (I have Premium subscription) and also they somehow do not appear in the picture they sent me where they outline all the packages at once before they are put in the box to be shipped. In the begining, they tried to claim they were lost by DHL but the box was never opened and it still had the plastic wrap and the DHL stickers I tack auround it. Now they don't answer my inquiries at all.
And since I used the pictures extensively to show them they were loosing my items, they now stopped providing pictures of all new incoming packages eventhough I still have the premium subscription. I complained about this but now they are ignoring me as well. I used myGermany a lot but I will move to another package forwarding service that has a more honest customer services and is more reliable.
Extremely disappointed.
Scam site
Placed an order on the end of Nov. Never hear from them since then. Email and calls couldn’t get through.
I didn’t have any issues apart from the cost
I didn’t have any issues using them. I bought 5 parcels and consolidated them into one box. The goods came to €350 that I bought and they only gave me one option to deliver to Ireland and the cost was €260 so I won’t be using them any more as it ended up costing more money than I would of bought local.
Warning to Customers: Poor Service and No Resolution
I gave this company sufficient time to respond to my claim, but unfortunately, they chose to ignore it. I’m sharing this to help other customers make an informed decision. Avoid them, or you will lose money and end up disappointed.

I have been using mygermany since of their early of their company 2016.
Today im having experience that my consolidation request didnt didnt go well , it cause me a panic situation.
I hope they response to me promptly and immediately.
Looking to review nowadays i hope they respond by today.
No Response for 7 Months and Storage Fees Charged
My shipments arrived at the MyGermany warehouse on 25.05.2025 and were divided into three packages. One package was shipped, but although the payment was taken, I never received any update and the package never arrived, so I had to cancel it. Even after canceling it, the shipping fee was never refunded.
After that, one of my packages completely disappeared from my account, and the remaining two return requests have not been processed for months.
I tried to contact customer support many times, but I never received a response.
Even worse, I was charged storage fees despite not receiving any service.
After 7 months of waiting, I still have no solution. I no longer want any return shipment — I just want to pick up my items directly from the warehouse, but I still cannot get any assistance.
This has been a very disappointing and stressful experience.

Top service! Ich habe mehrere Pakete aus Japan über My Germany bestellt und alles wurde transparent verfolgt. Besonders gefällt mir der persönliche Kundenservice, der bei Fragen sofort hilft.
A FUIR : n'assume rien en cas de problème de livraison
Je suis passé par Mygermany pour me faire livrer un palette de capteurs solaires venant d’Allemagne. Quand Mygermany les a reçus, ils m’ont envoyé une photo de la palette, mais impossible de vérifier l’état des capteurs. J’ai donc fait une demande de déballage et de prise de photographie. Plusieurs jours après, je n’avais aucun retour. J’ai donc demandé qu’il me livre la palette en prenant toutes les options possibles : colis renforcé, plus assurance supplémentaire. Quand j’ai reçu le colis à mon domicile, le colis n’avait pas de protection supplémentaire, et les 2 capteurs à l’extérieur étaient abîmés. J’ai donc effectué les réserves sur le bon du transporteur, mais j’ai gardé les capteurs pour pouvoir les réparer (il s’agissait d’une fin de série, donc impossible d’en avoir des neufs en remplacement). Le jours même, j’ai contacté MyGermany pour leur signaler le problème, avec photos à l’appui, et demandé un dédommagement pour la réparation. Ils m’ont dit qu’ils transmettaient ma demande au service réclamation, mais que «La réponse du transporteur peut prendre 4 à 8 semaines». J’ai donc attendu plusieurs semaines avant de les recontacter. Ils m’ont baladé pendant plusieurs autres semaines, sans que le service réclamation ne me répondent. J’ai donc fait une réclamation auprès de Paypal et demandé un remboursement partiel : Paypal me dit que la réclamation n’est pas recevable, car elle intervient 30 jours après la livraison (contrairement aux 180 jours annoncés sur leur site). J’en déduis que Mygermany est habitué de ce type de désistement de la part de Paypal et qu’ils ont fait en sortent que je passe le délai de 30 jours par leur remarque rassurante me demandant de patienter 4 à 8 semaines.
