Sheffield Kitchen Outlet Anmeldelser

Everything about our experience with SKO was amazing. We went on social media to get some recommendations for a new kitchen and quickly found SKO. We went and had a look at the showroom and decided to give it a go. Richard worked with us to design our new kitchen providing advice and guidance on what we could achieve and then Stuart, our fitter installed it. His attention to detail was amazing and helped coordinate everything making it as stress free for us as possible. Highly recommended

James wall is who we have been dealing with and he is great and so helpful with everything regarding our kitchen including helpful tips . This is the second time we have used SKO and would recommend them.

Would highly recommend. First class in every sense. Quality product and service. Our new kitchen is fantastic. Massive thanks to James at SKO who helped guide us through the entire planning, delivery and installation process. The guys who fitted our kitchen were also excellent. If you want a great kitchen at a great price then go to SKO and forget the so called high street names.

Very friendly but never ‘pushy’ from my first enquiry. Excellent advice offered. Everything about the kitchen choices, the appliances and the fitting has been explained very clearly. The financial arrangements are excellent.

Jon, did a fantastic job designing my kitchen and looking forward to seeing the final result

We have had an amazing experience with SKO - professional service, great value and an excellent product.
Our contact, Jamie, was so patient as we sat for several hours over many sessions, mulling over the configuration and layout of our new kitchen. Nothing was too much trouble - Jamie wanted the kitchen to be perfect, and it is. We also benefitted from contacts through SKO for flooring and quartz worktop.
Sean, the joiner, did a brilliant job of fitting the kitchen. We are so pleased with the final product and grateful for all the help we have had. Thank you to Stewart, Jamie, Sean and all the team at SKO!

We've had our kitchen from SKO for over 5 years, after wear and tear (caused by kids) I needed a new fridge handle and hinges for a cupboard door. John was really helpful, he's ordered them for me and has arranged free of charge fitting. Absolutely excellent customer service, can't speak highly enough of the company.

Absolutely excellent service from beginning to end.
Aaron guided us through all the options and gave us space and support to think things through. We didn't feel rushed, and yet he was efficient and responsive, and a really nice person.
The order and delivery were flawless, the delivery team were good at communicating and very friendly and helpful, despite all the steps up to our house!
I would highly recommend SKO, they have been truly wonderful and our new kitchen is perfect.

5 star customer service and impeccable after sales. We are absolutely delighted with our new handleless quality kitchen. From start to finish, the whole processwas seamless, and not once did we feel any pressure to make a purchase. Our designier Rob worked tirelessly to ensure we got the most out of a compact space and amazingly managed to accommodate everything on our wishlist, which was no mean feat!
The installer Steve and his team were brilliant and organised the job with military like precision whilst keeping us informed throughout.(Thanks for restoring our faith in tradesmen). SKO are certainly a 'can do' company as they had no qualms whatsoever about specially manufacturing a unit to house the extra wide 700mm integrated fridge freezer we'd set our hearts on. The only thing we needed to organise was the skip which we were happy to do.
We have no hesitation in recommending SKO to other prospective customers looking for a quality product and service to match.

Great quality products and great service. Really pleased with work and products

Love our new kitchen from SKO, all went smoothly, from the ordering and the wide choice offered, to a great kitchen fitter Carl, electrician Dean and Plummer Pete.

Well done Hillsborough Branch. Great experience from start to finish.
Richard, the designer, helpful, patient and knowledgeable
Fitted by Carl and team. All professional, polite. Very tidy when working,
Would recommend

This is my second time returning to sko kitchens . Mark Sawar is the best guy in the game !!! His attention to detail is amazing!! He has a great eye for design. We had three bedrooms done and two were loft conversions. He designed the wardrobes to the highest spec ever. The quality of the product is the best I’ve ever seen !!! Would highly recommend sko kitchens and Mark Sawar .

Overall we had a great experience having our kitchen designed and fitted with Sheffield Kitchen Outlet, Hillsborough. Our kitchen and flooring fitter, Charlie Shepherd, was excellent - work completed to a high standard, always punctual and professional and for a very fair price. Would highly recommend Charlie's work. Our kitchen designer, Jamie Day, was very helpful and friendly throughout, devoting a lot of time and thought to our ideas. There was an anomaly with a hob we had ordered, which was initially frustrating, but we felt that SKO did everything they could to solve this rare issue and Jamie's customer service was great throughout. We love our new kitchen and flooring and feel it has transformed our home. Thank you!

We love our kitchen so much! 😊 Aaron was helpful and informative and the whole process went swimmingly, and Steve did an amazing job of fitting it too. We are very happy customers.

Thankyou SKO team at Hillsborough- Sheffield. Fantastic service from Aaron - he was so patient with helping us design our kitchen- lots of changes along the way and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. We are delighted with the finished result. The kitchen fitting team too led by Stuart were excellent. He was really helpful and efficiently liaised with other trades to get everything finished perfectly and on time. Everything went like clockwork and the end result is fabulous. I would highly recommend SKO to anyone wanting a new kitchen.

We had a kitchen from them in 2016 ( which was excellent ) & I called them on Thursday to see where we could get some replacement door hinges from, “don’t worry we’ll send a spare set out free of charge in todays post“ was the response, they arrived the following day, what service ! I would also mention the lady I spoke to in their Customer Services was really helpful, would not go anywhere else for our next kitchen, well done 👏👏👏👏

We recently had our kitchen fitted after opting to use SKO and their approved fitters. We visited a number of different showrooms and got different prices for comparison.SKO were very competitive, but more importantly, they guided us through the design process in a relaxed but efficient manner. We were provided with good quality design pictures and detailed quotes to help us come to the right decision. At no point did we feel pressured into any decision which was a refreshing change. The service we received from entering the showroom to the final fitting of the kitchen was absolutely fantastic.

Simon, one of the assistant managers at SKO, talked us through the designs, showing great patience as we swapped and changed things around to give us exactly what we wanted.

Katie, in Customer Services, was so helpful throughout, answering any questions we had and ironing out any minor issues with no fuss.

Brandon, Scott, Shaun and the rest of the kitchen fitting team were absolutely brilliant. They always turned up when they said they would, worked quickly and efficiently. They “never saw problems , only solutions" ( that’s a quote ! ) and the quality of their work was superb.

We’re so glad we went with SKO and are really pleased with our kitchen now its complete.

Would have no hesitation in recommending

Plenty of choice regarding worktops, cabinets, doors, etc. and the prices are very competitive. The whole process from the beginning, getting a quote through to choosing the kitchen and appliances and then fitting was smooth and straightforward. Harry at the Leeds showroom was very helpful when we were choosing colours and materials. He explained clearly each step of the process and was available to answer any questions.
The fitters, Scott and Charlie were also very professional and polite.
We would highly recommend SKO, the job is worth more than 5 stars.

I want to start off my review by saying how brilliant Sophia is who designed our kitchen, and how amazing Danni is, who fitted our kitchen. Sophia was extremely friendly, approachable, patient and most importantly listened to exactly what we wanted. She was honest, trustworthy and reliable and went above and beyond for us, we can't thank her enough. Danni is truly an expert in his field. His attention to detail was impeccable, he was extremely reliable, friendly and hardworking. Both Sophia and Danni are a credit to the company and I would recommend them to anyone.

Our experience with other people in the company wasn't as good. Some members of staff were rude and didn't want to help us when we had issues. Head office were difficult to reach also. When our kitchen arrived, there were two damaged cupboard doors. We contacted to get replacements for these. When the replacements arrived, one of the new doors were also damaged so we needed another replacement for that which is when head office were becoming more difficult and not giving us clear times of when to expect the delivery. When our kitchen was initially delivered, no one from head office informed us that we had no fridge freezer as it was delayed. They couldn't tell us when to expect one either. Sophia thankfully sorted this out for us as quick as she could, again showing how amazing she was throughout.

The cost of the kitchen itself was good and we really appreciated the breakdown of costs which was helpful when trying to make it cheaper. It does start to add up and get more expensive if you use one of their fitters as there is a cost for all parts e.g plastering, tiling, lighting. However, as previously said, we would never have been able to find a fitter as good as Danni ourselves so we were happy to pay for him knowing what an excellent job he was doing.

Overall, I would recommend Sheffield Kitchen Outlet, mainly for Sophia's and Danni's hard work. We are very happy with our new kitchen despite a few hiccups along the way.
