Gut entspricht erwartungen

Thank you for helping me to sell my small village property in the South of France. Although it was in a difficult location, Sextant's agent Solveig stuck with it throughout and guided me through the process.

Other than an initial phone call and a visit to laser measure the size of the rooms (I supplied all photographs) my named agent has left France for a four month period. I am unaware of any arrangements to cover his absence.

We are very impressed with our Sextant agent. We’ve had a group of properties for sale for a few years now, with no success. The Sextant agent proposed a new advertising approach and within weeks had a buyer. The agent was full of new money-making ideas and was very flexible in her approach to us and very persuasive to viewers/buyers, pointing out advantages and options for the property that no other advertising agent had considered. Good communications, pro-active, detailed feedback from viewings etc. I thoroughly recommend them.

We bought a property in the Pyrenees Orientales and Solveig Pages was the agent we were in touch with. Solveig was wonderful from start to finish - helping us to understand and complete the process every stage of the way and explaining to us with much patience things that we didn't understand about buying a property in France.
