I was initially sent the wrong Bernina foot, however Sew Centre resolved this matter very quickly and were able to send me the correct foot before I sent back the incorrect foot (as I was in urgent need of the correct foot). for me, this was over and above what I would expect of a business in the current climate. Thank you. brilliant customer service.

Spotted a well priced machine on the website. I had an on line chat with Sew Centre about a Bernina570QE on Thursday, on Friday I contacted them and they called me to discuss my queries, Callum very helpful and knowledgeable. Ordered the machine that day.Mitchell called me Monday morning to check I would be available to receive it. Brilliant service, thank you…I am now living happily ever after with my new machine.

Their customer service is second to none. Their products consistently outstanding and exceed my expectations every time. I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. The ambience here is always inviting and comfortable.

Personal service and a human voice are a treasured commodity these days and most especially when trying to make purchases using the web.
Personal circumstances mean that I can no longer travel far and wide to research a new sewing machines and also to negotiate a trade in with my existing machine. No problem - the service I received over the telephone backed up by email and What’s App answered all my questions and suggested useful reference videos. All points raised were followed up on with no reminders necessary!

I have been a customer of Barnyarns for a few years, so shopping at SewCentre was a natural progression. I have found the staff to be very knowledgeable about the products they sell, very willing to help and they go out of their way to give customers the best deal. It is my go to shop for all things sewing machine.

It was time for a service, clean up and repair and because I am so busy at the moment I decided to go local to @barnyarns for a same day service on both machines. My Husqvarna Designer Epic is my big embroidery machine, my Husqvarna Emerald 116 is my basic mechanical machine that I take to workshops. Thank you to all the friendly staff especially Will, who welcomed me in to see the process. I would recommend this wonderful place for knowledge and friendliness

I recently ordered 2 feet for my Pfaff machine, online, apparently in stock! They took my money in a matter of seconds, having waited over 2 weeks I decided to call up to find out when will my items arrive? only to discover not only are the 2 items not in stock, but they don’t know when they will be replenished. No effort put in to informing me, THE CUSTOMER, but huge efforts to sell me my £4,500 sewing machine. Very poor customer service

They corrected an error with my order rapidly and with generosity

My embroidery machine has had a fault for a long time and has been numerous times to other repairers and the fault has not been cured. I sent it to Barnyarns and they repaired it for me. Would recommend them.

They kept me informed that the part was on back ordered and although I had a refund they got in contact as soon as the part came back in stock.
Very happy with this company always willing to help.
Ordered on the 4th arrived on the 6th

The sewing foot arrived quickly and was exactly what I required.
