Used the Tonbridge branch to replace an exhaust which had fallen off and get a new catalytic converter at the same time on my Toyota Yaris (2009). Peter was so polite, knowledgeable and did not patronise me as a single woman at all. The cost was very reasonable and the service was excellent. My father and sister have used them for years, and I cannot fault them in any way. Would drive down to London again for their service as they are well trusted in our family.

Can not fault the Gosport branch! Helpful over the phone and in person. We was told by one garage that we needed all 4 tyres changed, with a very large cost involved. Went to the Gosport garage Setyres and they stated we only needed 3 and with the same tyre was considerably less money! I have sent my mum to these people too as I know they will not rip you off which is one of the main worries these days!

Decided to use their mobile service and was quoted a price over the phone. The fitter was excellent but was surprised when the bill was sent through in that the price quoted didn't include VAT an extra £100 on the bill. If I had known that, I wouldn't have used them.

Still waiting for a call back to discuss.

Fantastic service from the Hove branch. The team under Ian could not be more helpful. I will continue to use the company for all my tyre and MOT needs as they’re great value.

Took my car for MOT and was given an advisory that my front brake pads were worn and that the brake discs probably would need replacing too, although they would have to take the wheels off to look.

I had a major service elsewhere only 4 months and 1,624 miles ago and at that point it was noted that the front pads had 10mm remaining (legal limit 3mm) and the discs were at 24.5mm (50%).

I am a light-footed, smooth driver so there's no way either the pads or the discs are even close to needing to be changed. In fact, these are the factory fitted pads and discs and have so far done 38.5k miles for context. So this advisory appears to be an outright lie, presumably to create some work.

In addition, customer service when I went to collect the car was surly. Not good and I won't return.

Took my car to have 2 new tyres, after some time and when the bill was to be paid i was told that they had Snapped the wheel nut thread, Just like that no explanation nothing as if I had bone it, not even a sorry.
I could not believe what they had done but more was they did not care, all they said was you need to take that back to the main dealer. Main dealer has told me that its 429.49 to replace the hub. I called setyres back to see if they are willing to compensate me and got a firm reply that is my problem and no point asking them for help as they cant and will not do anything. I would not recommend this place to anyone. discussed!!!!.

Dropped in to see Gary at the Lancing branch and received excellent service as always. Super efficient and friendly. Thank you

Great price for 2 new tyres but the balancing done on them was awful. Had the tyres put on Saturday and didn't drive at any speed home so didn't notice any problem until I set of to work on Monday. The car was undriveable at 60/70mph (Great on a 150 mile motorway journey!) and working away all week meant I had to pay another tyre garage £24 to balance them. Was told they had never seen so much weight put on the inside of one of the wheels. Car now drives perfect again.

Relatively cheap, but if you expect any level of customer service then go elsewhere.

In July I had 4 new tyres with free valves brakes and pads fitted at our Lancing’s Brighton Rd branch and experienced significant tyre pressure drop on both nearside tyres after a couple of local drives and a returning Essex drive the following week. Despite returning twice for these tyres and valves to be checked the issue remained and by my third return the branch proposed a new remedy however by then I’d lost trust despite always using Setyres over the last 18 years. I emailed head office to advise my issues.... from that point the Deputy Area Manager immediately contacted me and from then to now I am a very satisfied customer. Sam listened to my concerns and suggested a way forward for me to consider. This included Sam giving me a practical demonstration of his proposals (as I have limited trade experience) at the Lancing Business Park Trading Estate branch at a time which suited me. With my consent, Sam arranged the relevant service and checks with another review a week later, by which time it was clear the nearside tyres/ valves problem was rectified. In addition he followed up with a courtesy call.

I count the measure of a company by how they deal with any customer’s issue which might arise later and how they take timely steps to address the matter to the client’s full satisfaction.

My trust in Setyres has been restored as I was treated respectfully and considerately leaving me feeling a valued and valuable customer.

Havant Setyres Paul was so couldn’t care. I ordered 4 tyres and spent hour researching and was very specific on the tyres I wanted but he had to order them in, during the fitting I noticed they were wrong tyres went to office and was told well that’s all we got so we will send them back if you want, at this point tyres were off wheels the tyres taken off were possibly illegal so I felt I had no choice. Paul really came across “he did not care” he had the sale, I will never set foot in Setyres again. I even sent an email to head office never even got a sorry.

I used the Sevenoaks branch and received amazing service from Gary and his team. I was having ongoing issues with a well known National second hand dealership that I had recently bought a car from and these guys gave me all the advice and evidence I needed to get the problem sorted. Nothing was too much trouble and I would recommend them to everyone.

Absolutely amazing service. I especially want to thank Pete as he has the best customer service I have ever received. He took so much time to sit with me and show me the parts of my car and explained how they work etc, which for me was never something any other garage had ever done! I would also like to thank Michael who again is so efficient and very helpful. SE Tyres you are fab and I will only come to you in the future.

SETyres Tonbridge is reliable, reasonable and always honest. Their service is second to none and I can highly recommend them!

SE Tyres in diplocks way polegate or hailsham had a new cataylic converter put on in 2016 yellow light came back on shortly after but I had moved out of the area I changed the cat myself this time and the cat I took off what they put on new had been gutted of the inside.
So they gutted it to sell the precious metals inside and charged me over £300. That is criminal they work on price work its all about the money to them beware dodgy garage do it yourself I did and I know its done properly and the exhaust they put on didn't have proper metal gasket just some sealant and no gasket on the cat as well as no inside to the cat shoddy criminal work do not go there. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

I went there to change 2 tyrER and he said break pad needs to replace as well front and rear
And try to charge me lots of money

I went to my regular Garrage and ask him to change he said it neatly new you don't need to change

DONT GO THERE DOGGY GARRAGE

Always use my local SE Tyres in Blackfen, Bexley, as they give the best prices by far.
Guys there are always pretty cheerful and helpful.
Just took my wife there for four new tyres on her Mini. All done in less time than it took to get a cup of coffee..
Good no-nonsence service and a much better option than Kwik-Fit - at half the price
