I would highly recommend this company. On two occasions they have helped me sort out problems with my car. Efficient and extremely courteous. Any time I need tyres I will come here. Very impressed.

Just visited SETyres in Hove regarding my damaged Kia. Absolutely brilliant and friendly service, they quickly got to work and the car was on a ramp, got fixed, and back on the road in no time. Highly recommended.

I ordered some tyres via etyres and opted to get them fitted at Setyres in Braintree as it was the nearest available fitter for me. I've used several tyre fitters in Braintree over the years and Setyres have been the worst. They got the tyres fitted ok, but their customer service was awful. Every question was answered with complete disinterest from multiple different staff members.

I had a puncture so took my car to SETYRES in Hove. I was greeted warmly by Nathan who immediately asked one of his technicians to look at my tyre. Utterly amazing' for the first time in fifty years of driving. I wasn't told I needed a new tyre!! It was repaired promptly and efficiently and I was driving away within half an hour of arriving.
I cannot recommend Setyres too highly.

Wanted a punture repair,car was put on a list ,2 customers came after me and were dealt with first punture repairs,moved my car twice out the front of the garage,then a man came out (the mot tester i think) and said CAN YOU MOVE YOUR CAR,in an abrupt mannor,it was the way he said it,as a customer he needs to learn about customer service,will never use again,went to Hi Q was met with a freindly helpful team

Setyres Worthing , in the hottest day ever they were efficient , pleasant and sensibly priced. Often I’m troubled with tyre places but this one in Tarring Road Worthing is one I’ll definitely use again. Thank you for the repair.

Setyres Lancing terrible customer service , and very bad advice. They tried to over charge £250 until i got a second opnion. Avoid at all cost for both tyres and MOT.

I went to this garage to change two tyres. see email below I sent, I had a call from the manager to tell me that at the bottom of the invoice there is disclaimer that the driver needs to check the wheel nuts after 30 miles. not even apologised for it. I will steer away from this company.

As discussed earlier on the phone please see below.

I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding work carried out on my vehicle at your garage on 21/04 at approximately 4:00pm (Document number: xxxxxx, Job number: xxxxx), reg number xxxxxxx.

During this visit, two new front tyres were fitted, and one existing front tyre (which did not require replacement) was moved to the rear on the driver’s side.

On 12/05, after noticing a noise while driving, I took my vehicle to another garage for inspection near my workplace. I was informed that the wheel nuts had not been properly tightened and that the three wheels were effectively being held in place only by the locking nut. I was advised that this posed a serious safety risk and fell well below basic professional standards.

As a result of this issue, I incurred a cost of £48 to have the fault corrected (see pic below)

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill. In this case, that standard was clearly not met.

I am therefore requesting:

- Reimbursement of £48 for the corrective work carried out by the second garage
- A refund of the £250 paid for the original tyre fitting, given the unsafe and negligent nature of the work

Please respond within 14 days of this email to confirm how you intend to resolve this matter.

If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will consider escalating the issue further, including seeking recovery through formal channels.

Absolutely pleased with the customer service and the young man with a neck tattoo is very polite and did a really great job!

I had a flat tyre and they changed my tyre within half an hour, even though they were busy. I always have my car serviced and Mot done each year at Setyres, they couldn’t be any more helpful.

Burgess Hill. Price was good and my MOT was fit in quickly, however a member of the team (not usual reception) rang me up and was incredibly rude on the phone asking where I was as they were closing in 10 minutes. I explained that I was told I’d get a call when car ready and he then accused me of lying and said he was there and it wasn’t said. His whole tone was totally inappropriate!

Avoid like the plague.

This is in regards to the Sidcup branch. Very unprofessional, Lie about receipts and charge customers money and refuse normal business practices like giving receipts and excuse it by saying “We’ve done you a favour”.

Full context, I never asked for a favour, I asked for my spare wheel to be put on the car and to be charged as such and I paid hoping to log the wheel change as a expense on my end of year accounts. (Which it was).

They also said they would rather I did not pay VAT and wanted cash (Very strange, assuming the manager Mark Keen might be lining his pockets to supplement his wage)

The chap that did the actual work was friendly and professional though - This is the only saving grace.

Setyres in Hove always a pleasant experience. So much better and cheaper than the well advertised local rival.

I had a puncture that the AA had temporarily plugged so I needed a permanent repair. I arrived at Burgess Hill SE Tyres this morning at 8.30 with no pre-booked appointment. Even so, they started work on it immediately even though it was clear from the amount of cars & customers there that they were very busy. I was out of there with the job completed at 8.55, and it only cost £30.

Truly great responsive service and incredibly fast.

Hit a pothole that severely damaged the sidewall of my car on a Saturday morning 50 miles from home. I went to Setyres in Henfield but didn’t expect to get a replacement as it’s a sports car with big low profile tyres. The manager took a look, advised me not to drive home on it and managed to produce a ‘budget’ tyre that fitted. A short while later I was on my way.

Visited to the Sudbury store to get two new tyres today, for my daughter's car. Tyres are a good price. Very quick service, friendly staff with a good sense of humour!
Took less than 30 minutes. Well definitely go back for MOTs.
Highly recommend.
