We weren't aware that we'd subscribed to Serious Tissue and didn't need another order. Had a text at the weekend from a mobile phone number to say an order is on the way (that we weren't aware of) ... TAKE A LOOK SERIOUS TISSUES @ who-called .co.uk "This number 07360 538786 has been looked up 106 times... primarily associated with Smishing Scam" So not expecting the same order again, but assuming a scam - we still tried to call ST but they operate WITHOUT a phone number to call? Today we emailed you too late to cancel our credit card payement (still no reply now 11 hours later.) For that reason and the pain you've caused me trying to find out what is REALLY going on, we cancelled our account, award you 1 STAR and moan in your general direction! We will except this order but recommend others look a little closer at how your policy to re-send loo roll works ... OR AT LEAST ALLOW PEOPLE TO TALK TO SOMEONE.

good service, good value. This paper is rougher than the previous service that we used, but I switched to Serious Tissue as they had better environmental credentials than my previous provider so I'm happy to stick with them. If you have the space to store 46 rolls of TP, having a subscribtion service is such a great convenience - I've subscribed for years now and never have to worry about running out.

Products feel great and were dispatched really quickly. Very happy all round

Great product. UK made and from recycled paper. Environmentally sustainable. Order despatched promptly. Complaint regarding the delivery service only - Serious Tissues responded promptly to this. All good.

Perfect for the purpose for which they were intended. I will certainly continue to order this toilet paper.

I love this company and my subscription of toilet tissue and kitchen roll works really well for me. Good quality, sustainable and very convenient. It’s great not having these bulky items in my weekly shop too.

Fast delivery most of the time. Great products with no plastic pacakging.

Excellent service on the repeat deliveries. Particularly happy that the toilet rolls come loose in a cardboard box sealed with paper tape so no plastic in sight.

Love the product love that it is local and super efficient

Great tissues and great for the planet - no plastic whatsoever!

Very easy company to subscribe to and a great quality product whilst helping save trees 🌴

It's actually good to know we are using products that are made from British waste, and made in Britain.
There are very few opportunities to do this.

There is nothing to say. It’s just a delivery of toilet paper. The system works. Great. I am not excited.

The company is very organised and reliable and acts on requests quickly.

The order was delivered promptly and the toilet tissue does the job it's supposed to do!

Efficient service and responsive to changing delivery requirements.

You are a bit to pushy for me and I like to sign up for subscriptions by my choice rather than more or less having it done for me.
Have the toilet paper squares got smaller?

My order was delivered promptly. No hassle.
