Update: Evri finally delivered an already opened package. So now I get to throw the lot straight in the bin, and fight the company for a refund.

They use Evri for free or standard shipping. So the loo roll I ordered a week ago hasn't been delivered. But I have had to buy more while waiting for what I already paid for, because no-one buys loo roll over a week before they start running out.
CP didn't send me a tracking number, so if I hadn't paid through the Shop app I wouldn't have been able to find out anything, because they don't track parcels after they hand them over to the pirates of the delivery industry.
According to Evri tracking, the package has been processing at their carrier facility since the day after I placed my order, but the update today says it has just arrived at the carrier facility.
I emailed customer services because there was no movement on my parcel for several days and it's the weekend now so not a lot's going to happen. I didn't think they'd replied, then found the reply in spam, and wish I hadn't bothered. They didn't bother to read my email, just sent me a patronising version of the answer to the delivery FAQs on the website.

The fact that you can only bulk buy some products is also an issue. Things like straws aren't available at all except in one of their bulk buy packs, and tissues are only available in a 1 or 2 year supply. So unless you have a lot of storage space, you have to start emptying cupboards/rooms to keep everything in while you work through enough tissue paper to get a small town through the apocalypse.
Customer services didn't bother to read to my email asking if there was any way to buy items like the straws without spending £20 on face wipes and tissues I don't need, either. In fact, I'm pretty sure they used Chat gpt to respond, since it didn't quite get it right. I asked if the straws were or would be available to buy by themselves instead of them being part of a bulk order, and the reply said they don't sell individual straws.

The products are excellent and to know that we're not using trees makes it even better! Whenever I have a query, I receive a response very quickly. The fact that the toilet rolls and tissues are delivered to my door is greatly appreciated - no carrying bulky items back from the supermarket. And no running out as the subscription system also gives you a better deal. What's not to like?!

Now using Cheeky Panda kitchen roll, tissues plus the unbleached toilet rolls. All made from bamboo (quick growing grass), rather than trees. All just as effective, soft, absorbent etc as the top branded wood pulp products, but far more environmentally friendly, and so much kinder to sensitive, eczema prone skin. Customer service is genuinely excellent -Dorota listens, monitors and resolves - in a really efficient - yet kindly, friendly manner. Thank you Dorota.

There was a mix-up with my order and I didn’t get the kitchen rolls, but their customer service was brilliant and they sorted it out really quickly.

And I have to say, I’m actually really impressed with the kitchen roll! 😂 It’s really strong and doesn’t just fall apart when it gets wet, which I was pleasantly surprised by. I wasn’t expecting to get this excited about kitchen roll, but here we are.

Great place to play for babies, toddlers and kids. Good atmosphere, friendly staff, very good food and coffee.

Delivery was on time. The products (loo rolls and kitchen towels) are strong and last a long time. No regrets.

Loo roll delivered on demand, what more could you want? I have been buying from Cheeky Panda since the COVID-19 lockdown and they communicate really well. I get a notification when my subscription is due, so if I don’t need them yet, I can postpone it. Have done this a lot lately as upgraded to double rolls and a box of 48 lasts around 4-5 months (3 adult household). Also you can login to the portal and order sooner if you run low.
No putting your finger through the paper either, it’s very sturdy and soft and I wouldn’t go back to supermarket or branded lol roll now. Plus I’m helping the environment, a win-win situation.

I would like to give a better review as I consider myself a loyal customer, but I have two issues.... Firstly as a disabled person with eyesight issues, I find it frustrating having to email as there is no telephone option which is both time consuming and annoying, plus, the toilet rolls used to come in a pack that had an easy to open seal, but now the packs are glued shut and I struggle to open them.... I have raised this with customer support, but doubt Cheeky Panda will ever go back to using the paper seals which were not only easy to tear open, but also gave the product a quality feel.....

Absolutely love love love this product. For the first time in 36 years i have been comfortable, secure and confident on my periods. I dont feel rubbish or "dirty". These products are like wearing silk. And the best part is they are super absorbant, and work in line with my ethical morals and beliefs. I would never switch now.

I was pleased to have found this Eco supplier of paper products during COVID (shortage of toilet paper!) I’ve been having delivery of toilet paper ever since then. The delivery always arrives as stated but can be paused or delayed as needed. Very importantly it good quality and ECO friendly.

I'm a bit heavy-handed and therefore need tough loo paper, so when I saw Cheeky Panda's bamboo offering I had to take a look. My preference is for quilted, so I ordered a box.

I received delivery a few days later, but unfortunately I had been sent non-quilted. A quick email exchange later, and Dorota had arranged a replacement, which arrived within a couple of days.

Excellent service, absolutely 1st class customer service, and the loo rolls are fantastic.

The best toilet roll I've ever used. I can experience bleeding piles, IBS and general soreness, so I use wype gel and this paper works with it very well.

It doesn't disintegrate when I wipe my vulva, which sadly happens often with other brands of toilet roll. It's soft and reliable and I feel reasurred when using it that it will do it's job and not do me harm.

I absolutely love Cheeky Panda products and! I’ve suffered with eczema and extremely sensitive skin for years, so I’m always really careful about what I use. Cheeky Panda is the first brand I’ve found that doesn’t irritate my skin, which honestly means so much to me!
The bamboo products are so soft and gentle, making them perfect for sensitive skin.

I’m genuinely so thankful for Cheeky Panda and the products they create. Finding something I can use without worrying about irritating my skin has made such a difference. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

I love cheeky panda oversized loo rolls (the bamboo tissues too) - the paper quality is excellent, a decent thickness, but not too thick, and having the subscription means we never run out and never have to think about whether we have enough in the house. I previously subscribed to ‘who gives a crap’ and a naked bamboo loo roll brand which escapes my memory but Cheeky Panda loos rolls are far superior and I like the fact they come naked in their box

It’s always easy to find what I’m looking for and get it sorted. The product the Quited Bamboo toilet paper is fantastic and so much better than the old stuff we send to use. My only gripe is with the delivery firm you use, Evri. They seem to hold onto the product a few days longer than they really need to and a good delivery depends on their driver. Sometimes it’s good & sometimes they just leave it at the door, yes leave it. They take a photo then go without knocking or ringing the Ring door bell that has seen them do this. A few times a neighbour has texted saying “do you know there’s a box at your door” 😳🤷‍♀️.

Good quality and long lasting!

It's very convenient to get the bundle of toilet paper, kitchen rolls and tissue boxes. They last a while and they have the best quality compared to other brands I have tried off supermarket, amazon, etc. The customer service is really fast to respond. We had an issue where Evri failed to deliver at our address but their customer service agent re-sent it with a different courier right away.

I had used Cheeky Panda toilet roll before, but wanted an easy way to make sure we never got down to the last roll in the house. Finding a discount code on Instagram made setting up a subscription even better. After a small hiccup with delivery, which was solved quickly and easily by the fantastic customer service team, my box arrived and having also ordered the sample box, I found the double length rolls to be the best quality and value for money toilet rolls I've ever bought. (The tissues are also excellent quality) Highly recommended
