My dress has discolored and I after I reached out to the customer support service I was promptly helped by Elena. I got a new dress delivered to my home within 2 days. Very happy with the support I’ve received.

Suddenly, I didn't know about Seraphine while I was pregnant but I am enjoying with my baby the maternity clothes.
Also, they have great customer service. Rebeca has been so helpful in answering emails and solving my issues.

I had an issue with a return, and Noor from Seraphine provided outstanding customer service. She responded to my email in less than five minutes and processed my refund just as quickly. The entire experience was seamless and hassle-free. I truly appreciate the efficiency and professionalism.

Ho acquistato un glucisimetro senza aghi... che viene da voi pubblicizzato....e mi è arrivato un saturimetro.....non mi sembra molto corretto!!!!!....se si pubblicizza un prodotto....lo stesso DEVE essere quello che si pensa di acquistare....e non un altro tipo di prodotto......giudizio MOLTO negativo....e poi non so più con chi parlare.....magari per cambiare il prodotto o restituirlo!!!!!

Ich habe bei dem Shop im Dezember 2024 bestellt und meine Rücksendung zieht sich bis heute. Ich habe 4 Mäntel und ein Kleid bestellt. Das Kleid habe ich behalten, jedoch habe ich die Mäntel zurückgeschickt, da für mich die Qualität bei einem Preis von 140€ absolut nicht stimmt. Ich habe einige Wochen gewartet, jedoch kam nie eine Gutschrift an Klarna, weshalb ich mich an den Kundenservice wandte. Laut meines Belegs zur Rücksendung ist das Paket ein paar Tage nach der Rücksendung angekommen. Laut Seraphine ist aber nie etwas im Warenlager eingetroffen, weshalb ich auch mein Geld solange nicht zurückbekomme, bis die Ware bei denen eingetroffen ist. Meiner Meinung nach, ist es zu einfach, zu sagen, dass nicht angekommen ist, obwohl ich es auch belegen kann. Ich habe auch bereits mit DHL zu diesem Fall gesprochen und mir wurde gesagt, dass die Firma bitte eine Nachverfolgung machen soll, das kann ich als Privatperson wohl nicht selbst machen. DHL würde bei Verlust auch die Summe erstatten. Ich habe diese Info schon mehrmals an Seraphine weitergegeben und mir wurde nur mitgeteilt, dass sie nicht weiter machen können, als abzuwarten, bis das Paket im Warenlager ankommt. Nach langem Hin- und Herschreiben mit dem Kundenservice gibt es immer noch keine Einigung und ich musste die Bestellung an Klarna bezahlen und bleibe wohl auf den mehr als 500€ sitzen. Das ist reine Abzocke von werdenden Müttern, die in der Schwangerschaft sowieso schon viel Geld ausgeben müssen. Nie wieder werde ich dort bestellen und auch jedem davon abraten!

I bought a nursing hoodie when I was around 7 months pregnant, so I didn't get to wear it until after my return window expired. When I finally did wear it, it left loads of lint all over everything it touched. I washed it in the washing machine and it coated literally everything in lint. TERRIBLE quality. I sent an email about it and received an "oh, well. Sorry nothing we can do" kind of response. Company does not stand behind its products.

My first order from Seraphine and will be my last. Sizing is awful. I’m a size 8 everywhere- both pre-pregnancy and any pregnancy clothes I’ve bought from elsewhere. Seraphine clothes are enormous, I’m not convinced size 6 would fit me either so not even going to bother trying. Given they have paid returns you’d expect sizing to be accurate.

I ordered a Subzero Parka for my Daughter over a holiday weekend.The order went through, I paid & then learned the coat was sold out in her size. Elena, very responsive Customer Service agent saved the day, told me about another Parka, almost identical, which I ordered., Paid for & my daughter received tis evening.
She loves it! Said it's beautiful! Best part is that she's in CO. & i'm in NJ , and I know that both she & my first
Grandchild are toasty warm. Thanks Elena! You Customer Care was extremely appreciated.
FYI; I've already been totally credited for the first coat !

I had some issues with my order. First my order did not arrive and then I had issues returning some of the items however Elena from customer services was very helpful and always responded quickly to resolve the issues which really improved my experience.

J'ai commandé une Parka sur Séraphine avec laquelle j'ai eu un petit soucis lors de la réception de celle-ci. J'ai alors contacté le service client par mail qui a été extrêmement efficace et réactif pour résoudre mon problème immédiatement après l'envoi de mon mail! Je tiens à souligner le professionnalisme de Rebeca notamment qui s'est occupée de mon dossier ! Merci à elle et à toute l'équipe.
Concernant la parka, la qualité est au rendez-vous ! Je commanderai à nouveau avec plaisir chez Séraphine.
