Lovely maternity coat, with baby wearing panel. Really comfy, great fit, looks good and good quality. Had an issue with one of the seams and customer service quickly arranged a replacement.

I had to do 2 returns in Germany.
After a while that i did not receive feedback, i used the chat to ask information. I talked with Sabina. She was very kind and gentle and answered to all the questions asap and clearly. Now just waiting for the cash back.

I bought two coats with inserts for children, one lighter and the other heavier. I had an issue with the size of one of the coats, and Hina from customer care resolved the problem quickly, even though it was during the Christmas holidays. Here in my city, people often ask me where I bought my coat because you can't find such a useful item in stores! It wraps my little one perfectly and keeps her warm, and it allows me to take her anywhere without needing a stroller. I'm so happy, and she loves it :)

Product didn’t fit (the sizes are bigger than most stores) so returned the item. Was charged £4.95 to ship and then £3.95 was deducted from my refund amount to cover the costs of the return. I wasn’t given the option to use a different (cheaper) courier and it wasn’t clear that I would be charged retrospectively for the return.

I essentially paid £8.90 to try something on. Pretty poor in my opinion.

Sehr bequem, nun wäre noch bessere baumwolle noch besser.

Very disappointed they charge for returns. So I paid £33 inc delivery but I’m only getting refunded £25. Won’t buy from them again.

Loved the quality of the maternity jacket. My husband and I bought one we could both wear. Cool that Seraphine has a men’s version.

There was something unclear for me about the payment and refund in Klarna so I contacted the customer service and Goldie helped me very fast, accurate and kind with everything (so, also five stars for Goldie!).

The quality of the items is really good and it truly feels like it is designed by mothers for mothers. I bought three pieces, but unfortunately, one of them was too big on me and the return process was very smooth and easy. Overall, highly recommend this brand.

Really disappointed with the quality of the work clothing, to the point I cannot wear them at a professional office. I purchased a few white tops for pre and post maternity from ‘The Work Edit’ range, but fabric used is really cheap quality, see through, and poorly put together (and looks it). I have also tried to iron them and make them look good following the care instructions, but quality is so bad, I can’t even get out the creases without the risk of increasing the iron heat and getting brown stains on the shirts (because they burn/are plasticky).

I really would not buy anymore and recommend Seraphine to seriously review their quality against the price range they are selling, I feel I have been stung buy them. I am going elsewhere from now on.

I have purchased dresses for my daughter in the past and she has really enjoyed them! I sent an E-Gift card this time to my new daughter-in-law and it did not arrive correctly, however, I reached out by email and Brandy immediately sent her a corrected one and responded to me!

Das Material wirkte gut und ich musste nach Probe nichts zurücksenden. Natürlich fehlt noch die Trageerfahrung im Alltag.

Lediglich beim roten Schwangerschaftsbadeanzug (der ist sehr schön), da liegt der BH-Teil nicht ganz eng sauber am Körper. Vielleicht liegt es aber auch an nicht 100% passender Oberweite meinerseits (?).

Schnelle Lieferung und schöner Mantel! Fällt zwar sehr groß aus (ich bekomme den Mantel auch ohne den Trageeinsatz mit Babytrage zu) und ist auch relativ schwer, dafür hält er aber auch schön warm.

I reached out to customer service to return an item after I’d already thrown away the original receipt - they were so great in responding! Sabina responded to my request almost immediately and sent me the info and shipping label I needed. There were no hoops to go through, and her email communication/tone was genuinely nice, it was a great experience.
